I was able to play in an on demand freeroll and somehow cashed but I was disconnected towards the end of the tourney and couldn't get back on because it said my login info was incorrect when I know that it is. ACR is my favorite place to play so I'll continue to play there but for now I guess we'll just have to be patient while they sort out everything.

It's really a flaw of mine to be loyal to a fault. But I can't take it anymore. I just got kicked off on a .50/1.00 cash table after 4 betting preflop with AA, said was disconnected clicked ok to reconnect and instantly reconnected only to have the table and its players reappear...without me at the table...and down 36 dollars.
Should have just said screw it and started the withdrawal process and exodus of this godforsaken site, but like the loyal player of over a decade that I have been, I rejoined the table, played for about 10 minutes checking and folding just to test out the landscape and see if everything was stable.
Everything seems perfectly fine, no one seems to be timing out, play seems normal. I get dealt KK in the cutoff with a 3x bet that I ran up to about 14 bucks which was called by initial raiser only. Flop comes in 4QQ, I bet half pot, insta called, turn comes K. I bet half pot again...at this point I have like 40 ish dollars behind me, he puts me all in...I click call, however moments later I get the same disconnected pop up.
I instantly reconnect only to be off the table AGAIN, and my cashier balance being around $60 less than when I started...so not only did my insta call with the essential nuts not go through, some lucky SOB got away from being stacked for a hundo.
I'm just done.

So let me get this straight, you will have a FULL MTT schedule for Sunday but yet you can't get the sportsbook up and running, you can't fix the rewards page, you can't fix the game filters, you can't fix the addon/rebuy debacle (you have them set backwards), it takes a week and several hours with chat/support/etc to try and get a refund, you can't get O8 ring games going, you can't get blitz poker going (which means there are NO Omaha 10cent ring games, you know, the most popular denomination), you can make a clear screen, you can't keep the site even running for more than a few hours.
And you want us to log on for the BIG SUNDAY MTT schedule so we can end up having the site crash and then spend days and days trying to get multiple refunds?
Enter paid shill free rolling ACR apologists in 3,2, 1...........
To all of the players that have access to poker stars, please tell me why on this earth would you play here??? Honestly, I don't get it, please enlighten me. Thx.

So sounds like they still having issues.
How about just simply disconnecting the servers from online access.
Install and confirm updates actually work.
Test updates, then test them again, fixing bugs and testing again.
Then put servers back online, ensuring users can log in and stay on.
36 hours disconnected from the outside world, might just speed this along.
I know your working on the fly, but it seems it's more a pain in the butt then it should be.
I'm sure people currently playing, and/or waiting, would greatly appreciate and accept a little downtime, just so you could get things fixed/straight.
Of course it's a suggestion, but one that is worth ALL our TIME to MASSIVELY CONSIDER!

The MTT's appear to be working again, been enjoying some play over the past 24 hours. Over all i like the new ACR tournament poker feel. I like the new lobby and the special tournaments... i think it's a step in the right direction and i can't wait to see where this goes.

Just now, right on the bubble. It was a freeroll but still... so glad I wasted the last 2-3 hours playing it!! Lesson learned. Don't bother with this site until all technical issues are resolved.

Thaty last picture im at the top right. was what 100 left im in 38th top 33 gets tickets and it pops up like that? and all i get is 23 or 25 cents? For that **** up everyone should get step tickets. 10 minute blinds it took forever to get that far. Definitely worth more then 25 cents. TYhen im in a 25 cent buy in to step 2 and only 4 of us left i have monster chip lead(400k next is 200k) and it goes down says it will be back in 30 minutes LOL if it cancels i definitely want my ticket
