been over an hour and game has never come back up and with me being chip lead by far i do expect a ticket. So i dont know if i have to goto someone else in support or thru rep here but to only give a refund instead of bringing game back up is non sense. I have grass i have to go out and cut so not sure how long im supposed to wait for it to come back up running?

There isnt anything in my financial history. Thought i knew how to take a screen shot on computer but it isnt taking shot... Print screen is supposed to take it right then control/alt v or c ive tried both that takes you to photo shop right? isnt working on my computer for some reason.

Now it wont let me add screen shot. got it saved(my son had to show me LOL)

So are the MTTs currently listed in the lobby supposed to be full Sunday schedule? That's what was announced on twitter. Seems to me there are still plenty of events missing??

Just noticed that The Venom $5M GTD is listed twice on 7/16/2019 (Day 1A) and both have players registered. Confusing.

I’m pretty sure they charged me muttikpke times to enter a tourney I was rebuying but table wasn’t popping up so I kept clicking register. And now there’s 80$ missing from acct and I can’t get a strait answer

When you go to Financial history or Game history tabs in Cashier The live chat icons block some of the information even if you scroll up and down. Needs to be redesigned.

My tables won't come to the front when it's my turn. For a while they would come up sometimes, but not all the time. Now they do not come forward at all (on their own). I don't even see the option for this, to make sure it is turned on.
Is anyone else having the same problem and is there anything I can do about it?

There is a box to check in the settings under General, down under Game options, check the box Auto Switch Between Tables. But you're right, its not working all the time.

This has been reported to the ACR Rep several times since the roll out fiasco.

It sure makes it hard to play very many tables. By the time I click on all of them to find the one that is up, I have been set out.
I have helped implement system transfers, so I didn't think they could have a successful transfer overnight, but I am surprised that it has taken this long, and still have so many problems!

Chip stacks not updating in lobby and stats at table are wrong ... Example: We just started blind lev 100/200 but stats say we are at 125/250... Lobby says big stack is still starting stack after 20 minutes, I have more than starting stack so I no that is wrong.

So let me get this straight, you will have a FULL MTT schedule for Sunday but yet you can't get the sportsbook up and running, you can't fix the rewards page, you can't fix the game filters, you can't fix the addon/rebuy debacle (you have them set backwards), it takes a week and several hours with chat/support/etc to try and get a refund, you can't get O8 ring games going, you can't get blitz poker going (which means there are NO Omaha 10cent ring games, you know, the most popular denomination), you can make a clear screen, you can't keep the site even running for more than a few hours.

And you want us to log on for the BIG SUNDAY MTT schedule so we can end up having the site crash and then spend days and days trying to get multiple refunds?

Enter paid shill free rolling ACR apologists in 3,2, 1...........

To all of the players that have access to poker stars, please tell me why on this earth would you play here??? Honestly, I don't get it, please enlighten me. Thx.

How about just simply disconnecting the servers from online access.
Install and confirm updates actually work.

Test updates, then test them again, fixing bugs and testing again.
Then put servers back online, ensuring users can log in and stay on.

36 hours disconnected from the outside world, might just speed this along.
I know your working on the fly, but it seems it's more a pain in the butt then it should be.

I'm sure people currently playing, and/or waiting, would greatly appreciate and accept a little downtime, just so you could get things fixed/straight.

Of course it's a suggestion, but one that is worth ALL our TIME to MASSIVELY CONSIDER!

Update: most of the Sunday schedule is up in the lobby. There are some missing that we are working on. We are also working on some pending refunds and Blitz.​

Try uninstalling and then going to Local Disk (C: ) and deleting AmericasCardroom folder, BlackChipPoker folder and any other WPN site folders you may have... Then install ACR.

Please delete all the related files of the ACR application, then clear the Cache and finally reinstall it. Make sure to change the name of the installation file, for example AmericasCardroom1.

Its a beautiful day today so I decided to go out for an hour and enjoy the sun. Before I left my Cashier wouldn't load but tourneys were in the lobby. Now cashier loads but no tourneys in the lobby. Servers down again?

Hello, I'm still waiting for my account to be credited with refunds for multiple tournaments.. I've already received a notification on software telling "my account was credited for 2 tournaments" but it still not credited actually since yesterday, I contacted live chat many times and still not refunded, However I will wait for another 24 hours and update when I have anything new..

now I've suggestions for improving the new software:
Critical:
Option to allow force-bringing table on top on players turn.

non-critical:
Adjusting betting slider on settings.
