After logging in and playing a few hands. I logged off and then logged on and now it says wrong password. The worst site I've ever played on over 15 years. Just terrible.

Typical though, just like the DDOS nonsense, open up for business when the site doesn't function properly and let the "valued" players suffer. Revenue first, player satisfaction second.

Use password reset and no email sent. Gee, there's a surprise.

Important: if the software does not work, please delete the old version (make sure to delete all the files related to it) then reinstall the new one. Regarding the personal information, it's a display issue, we are currently working on it. All the information is safe. About the HUDS, as you may know, our software configuration changed so this totally depends on your provider. Regarding the tournaments schedule, our tournaments department is currently working on it, soon as possible all the tournaments, freerolls and cash games we previously had and new ones (coming soon, will disclose more details), we will have them back. Sportsbook is going to be back as soon as possible. Regarding the Cashier (withdrawals-deposits) our Tech department is currently working on it. About the reset password, please contact directly with CS support here. If you are having issues with the current tournaments lagging or something related, please contact directly with the CS department. You can follow Live updates here with JJ Corrado. We will provide more details as we keep on moving ahead.

Ok notice something very first hand.. " not delt " I late reg tourney watch one hand finish . then get the button but no cards … tell the boy's unless its suppose to be a dead button..by design

No, you don't need to download the client, the software will automatically do the upgrade. Noticed that we are still doing the software upgrade.

Important: if the software does not work, please delete the old version (make sure to delete all the files related to it) then reinstall the new one. Regarding the personal information, it's a display issue, we are currently working on it. All the information is safe. Do you have a link to the new version please?

When I uninstalled and reinstalled, still did not work and had same problems updating, so must be reinstalling old version?

This what I have to add:

1) Card backs are blurrier compared to the old version. I think chips look blurrier as well. Not to mention yet again blurry values of bet sizes in a horrible yellowish frame.
2) Space between cards on the board became wider
3) Why are the chips located right in the middle of the board?
There is this $0.17 number just hanging in the air when the pot is $0.50 for example (sorry, my screenshot failed to upload but the same thing is happening at every cash table if you observe it).
4) The most important one: why can't I change sounds anymore? In the old version, I could replace all the ugly default sounds with any to my liking. Now I can only disable them. Also, I can't even find a sound folder in the new client to replace them manually, what happened to it?
5) Note icon on a player is still too small and ugly, it's like from the 90s.
6) PLEASE, chips to big blinds conversion. A lot of people need that.
7) Remove this ugly jackpot stuff from the top of every table, it's annoying. Or at least give people an opportunity to remove it.

On the bright side: the new BCP logo that each player has is dimmer which is really good. Also, they were able to fix the scaling problem with the font size, yay!

Please, like the post to draw more attention to the issues, feel free to add more.
Hopefully, it will get fixed soon and we will have a better poker client.

It's saying my id or password is incorrect. Strangely, when I put in the wrong password on purpose, I get the message quickly. When I input what I believe is the proper password, it takes much longer to get the message.

Same here, password was working now the same behavior you describe is happening to me.

I’m going to try forgot password.

UPDATE: 5 minutes later I still had not received the password reset email. At this point I tried again which led me to a string of NEVER ENDING captcha I Am Not a Robot photograph selection fest. After the 9th or 10th screen I went back and entered the same information I had entered correctly at least 10 times in to the sign in fields and I am logged in.

Immediately disappointed to find no traffic and some tables have been completely removed and all omaha table names are changed.

I opened one table, never sat down, and now cannot close the table out.

Blitz poker seems to be available if there were players and the software functioned. It's like rush poker or whatever its called. I remember bovada had something like that where you fold and immediately move to a new table. If you are excited about that I hope you play $2/4 because that's the only game available.

OK, that is the one I used; but still getting errors mentioned in my last message.


4th time uninstall and reinstall worked, not sure why time - did all same things. Now says my ID or password is incorrect, but I type it in manually everyday, so I'm sure I did not forget. Guess I will try changing password with "forgot?" button now.

I've spent 5 minutes with the software and I feel it's safe to go ahead and pull this post back up. See my above post. Also at the cash tables, there are 3 people between omaha and omaha hi lo and 14 total players in holdem, with some duplicates.
I'm going to suggest everyone be ready for a fusterclucking nightmare with the upgrade/new client.

Update:
Now I'm getting pop up windows. Some look like the initial advertisement you get when you first open the client but are blank. The others say my request has been interrupted, please contact customer support. It may be in response to the fact I cannot close a table out.

I was able to open an omaha hi-lo table and was joined by one player. I echo earlier sentiments of a cheap feel as far as animations and sound go. It reminds me of somewhere I've played b4 but I can't put my finger on it.

Tables won't close at all. Table resizing is better!

Well now I'm officially mad. Straddling has been removed!!! Also, don't expect the table to pop up when it's your turn.

Welcome.

Rumors have new software coming soon. Have you got a time-frame for us?

Else we will be griping about soon to be old software and our gripes will be useless.
Does anybody know if there is an update going on currently? My ACR hasnt been working today

Everything seems good , my cash is in the account . I won a 2650.00 Venom seat in Feb . That isn't showing yet but i'm sure it will eventually .

NEW ACR UPDATE

I am loving the new acr update. Great look and feel and it is about time the tourney section did not have its own window. Great work guys.

The efforts over the last year have def been noticed here in america. The only place that people feel comfortable playing at online currently in the states.

cheers let me know what you guys think of the update? anything special that you noticed or anything let us know.

Well it gave me me a closing for maintenance popup and it got weird and I'm going to bed lol, nitey nite cardschatters.

Blinds are not going up in the venom freeroll im in..been 15/30 for 2 hours. ALso they dropped 3 $100 freerolls but apparently they aren't starting. Can't unreg them either. Kind of just sitting there in limbo lol.
