Understood, we do not have the debit card withdrawal option available. As I mentioned before the time frame totally depends on which method you chose so for example, if you chose Bitcoin it only takes 24-72 hours (Normally takes less than 72h) I would highly recommend you to use this method. I checked with the Emails Department but they didn't receive an email from the registered address. By any chance did you send it from another email?

Need some clarification on the new Beta software you are rolling out.

#1 you have to create a new account for the new software per your website.

#2 can you play your old account or new account, but not at the same time?

#3 are both accounts connected? how do you handle the accounting?

#4 what happens to your old & new accounts when the new software is official.
