Acr Player search??

Does ACR have a way to search for specific players??? I would sometimes like to watch the table of specific players, usually poker streamers, so I can rail there play. If you don't, is there any chance that it is being added with a new software client or update to this one.

By the way, I have asked a couple of times and gotten no answer...….. Is new poker client software going to be released soon???

I was watching the Cage Live event stream and Phil Nagy said there would be a new poker client coming out in February/ March. Is this true and what is the timeframe.

Mr. Nagy said it would address the currently not to friendly hand history lookup and hand replay. Is this true and when can we expect to see the new look??

Thanks for all your work keeping us informed!

ACR mobile client

Does ACR's mobile client software allow us to play in all the games available on the regular ACR poker client??

I see the advertisement for Blitz poker and it seems that is available on the mobile poker client.

With the mobile poker client, can I play from my phone any where I have cell service. I had heard that you have to have a wifi connection or it wont work. Is this true and if so why. I would like to play poker while riding in a car on the commute. Can I do this??

I am also thinking of switching to a mobile hotspot from my cel service provider for internet, will this work to run the poker client on my computer?

2 Players in the same home

Hi,

My girlfriend and I both play poker and I am wondering if we can both play from my house on the sane internet service at the same time??

We would, of course be using separate computers and typically be playing at separate tables. I was just wondering if this is allowed or not and the reason why not if the answer is no??

Thanks for your help!

ACR v. BCP

I have an ACR account and do not have a BCP account. Can you please tell me what the difference is and why, or why not, it might be good for me to get a BCP account.

Do they offer more or different games?

Bitcoin Withdrawals

Can you please give me a rudimentary explanation of what I need to do to get my account set up to deposit and withdraw in bitcoin/cryptocurrencies?? I think it seems to be the easiest, fastest way to get money in and out of my account from what I have been reading and hearing from others at your site.

I assume I will need a digital wallet that accepts cryptocurrencies to do this. Would you please suggest some digital wallet that work well with ACR and have been successfully used by others at ACR.

Thanks for all your help!!!

Look up "collusion" for reason why not...

It is illegal across the board because you could end up at the same table. Leaves door wide open for "collusion" parties by anyone.

Just taking strangers word they won't peek is not good enough.

Why can’t my friend play from the same IP?
For your protection to avoid collusion we do not allow multiple accounts to play from the same IP address

No difference...

I have an ACR account and do not have a BCP account. Can you please tell me what the difference is and why, or why not, it might be good for me to get a BCP account.

Do they offer more or different games?

BCP/ACR offer the same menu of games. If a person is caught trying to play the same game on both sites then the reward is the same for any other kind of cheating. Several folks have been frozen & barred for this activity. Best to pick just one & stick with it.

Not the same for BOL/SPB sites. They offer almost identical menus. Key difference is CC $200 free rolls. One on each but on different days. Need both sites to play both.

Hope this helps.

GL & God bless.  :top:

Under development... For a very long time...

If you have internet access you can have access to ACR. Browsers & ISPs work the same together.

Currently, the Americas Cardroom mobile product is not an app, but rather allows you to play poker online in a web browser. Also, you can only currently play limited games on the Americas Cardroom mobile platform. ACR does not provide this info with their mobile information. However, they do have plans to roll out full access to all cash games, tournaments and sit-and-go's in the near future (and will hopefully develop apps for Android and iOS as well).

Hope this helps. God bless. :D

Your guess is as good as...

Releases are promised for months & years. Almost never known until the update hits your computer.

No player search capability I am aware of. If you know the date, time & game name/description then find the game in the menu, go to that lobby & clic on any table there. The table will appear for you. You can use the lobby player list & clic on the player's name to find their current table.

Hope this helps.  :ahhhhh:

I get that from time to time. Not sure why it does that. But I never had to resinstall. If you just keep opening and closing it, after a few time it will start up properly. After 3, I will kill the process mid-way with Task Manager and that sometimes does the trick too. Not sure, but I think I restarted my computer once and that worked.

Hi. Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer any kind of player search. I'm sending this ideas to the team in charge so they can go ahead and analyze it. We are still working on the new software version, however it will be released soon. Stay tuned so you don't miss out anything.

Blitz poker is currently available for mobile only. Also, you should be able to play mobile while using your cell service. The same goes if you want to connect your computer to a mobile hotspot instead of a WI-FI connection, you can do it. Just make sure your connection is strength enough. You can get more details on this here https://www.americascardroom.eu/mobile-poker/.

This will trigger our security alerts and can end up with the account closure. For your protection to avoid collusion we do not allow multiple accounts to play from the same IP address.

America's Cardroom and Black Chip Poker are both part of the WPN network. They share the same events. With some exceptions such as private events.

Thanks for your help and comments John 3:16!!
It makes sense and I have wondered if this was a problem and what stops people from colluding. I guess this is the first line of defense. I always wonder if there is much organized collusion over sharing hands with people on the phone or skype, etc..

I was watching a poker streamer the other day and he had a friend of his seated at one of his tourney tables, so he called him up to chat and banter back and forth with him. While they were doing this I wondered why less honest individuals wouldn't do the same to share hand info. I am sure it does to some extent, hopefully all the poker sites are vigilant in trying to combat this.

I also wonder about collusion at live tables when I sit at them. Two years in a row I ran into the same group of 5 guys from Holland that go, every year, to Vegas for 10 days to gamble and have fun. As much as they can they like to be seated at the same tables because it's more fun for them. I had no worries from them, but it occurred to me that several individuals could collude to take advantage of the rest of the players. I am sure that the big casinos are good at spotting this type of action. I sure hope they are!!

Thanks ACR Rep! It is good to hear "SOON" is the word! I am sure no one wants to issue a firm release date and then not quite meet it, so I am fine with that as near to imminent ;)

Do you know if this will include Apps for Andriod and IOS?? Mr. Nagy had just had to do 3 shots on prop bets for hands he lost and had been on Costa Rican Koolaid (Rum and Coke) for about 2.5 hours prior to that, so maybe he was overly optimistic?

Can't wait to see the New Look!!

Thanks
