Here’s the deal I think there is a lot about ACR that is honestly horrible and quite honestly unbelievable given it’s 2019 but I also think the actual play at the table is solid and truly want it to succeed. Here’s the things that need attention and like immediately and from what I understand some of them already are. An app. The fact that you don’t have an app but just a program that can be downloaded for users not on a Mac or PC is astonishing. You might as well be promoting another poker room if you aren’t going to have an app. Your support. The consensus is that it is terrible and out of the 3 times I have been in touch with support this is my opinion as well. When I contact support I have to enter my username and issue just to restate everything I typed in when connected with a rep and usually after that they can’t even help me to begin with not to mention it might save you and your users some time having automated solution suggestions that pop up while you waited or something. Withdrawals. The fact that I can deposit money but couldnt withdraw it right away unless I played for a certain percent of time and earned atleast 10% back in rake when I started out is pardon my language ****ing laughable. If this is not the case then that’s another case of bad support from your support team. Bonuses. The actual bonuses would be great if they were worded properly on the site when I signed up it said you would match my deposit that never happened as I did not play enough to unlock the bonus guess that would have been nice to know before I deposited my money that I couldn’t withdraw don’t you think? My goal here is not to be anti ACR and tell everybody never to use them but more so to get issues that make me and several other users very upset fixed. Just read reviews on forums about ACR and a lot of the things mentioned here will come up. I think ACR has the ability to become truly great and truly needs to change because if nothing is done I have a strong feeling that when legislation legalizes online poker across the board ACR will become a desert unless it takes advantage of its positioning which remains its current advantage.
Have you guys considered adding a volume control button to the sound?
Hi,
I am assuming the July Venom will be successful for ACR and they will continue with another one in six months or so. If this happens to be true, I am wondering if any of the step tickets we have left in our account will still be playable for entry into for the next Venom tournament.
Thanks again for all your help ACR rep!!
I had heard that all Venom tickets earned through satellites would be required to play Day 1A. Do you know if this is true??
Also, I am wondering if your enter day1A and bust, can you reenter day 1B if you have another ticket or pay to reenter??
Just to think of things real obscurely, If I enter on day 1A and am still in the tournament at the end of day one, can I still enter day1B to see if I do better than I did day 1A and take the biggest stack into day 2? Probably a stupid question, but it seems that ACR would be happy to see more entries and if this how they get them, maybe they are OK with that,![]()
I honestly think the daily freerolls should be changed a little bit too where they are truly worth it. $10 is a great starting point but when you consider how many players are in it and you have to get 10th to win anything and it’s 0.50 is there really a point in the actual freeroll or are we encouraging really hap hazard play to hopefully be one of the last 10? I think the latter. I honestly think $50 is where you truly create a freeroll that makes the reward worth the effort but even increasing it to $20/$25 I feel like would make a big difference.

I made a P2P transfer with a CC member, but their log said that it failed. When I look in my Financial History, it shows that the transfer went through. I'm sure that it is some sort of system issue. What is the best way to resolve this one?
Hi. Are you still having issues with the P2P? Let me know and I'll take care of it.
Hello. Thanks for the feedback, I just sent it to the team in charge so they can consider it. Let me know is there's anything else I can assist you with.
