Hi, this is probably a dumb question, but is there a way to set your pre-flop bet sizes on buttons, like 2 BB 2.5BB 3BB instead of using the pre-set 1/2 pot etc? I've looked for a way from time to time but never found it and the box where you enter a specific amount is really small on my laptop.

Hi, I apologize for the late reply. Unfortunately, betting buttons are not customizable. Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

This is what I was told on the phone as well, the problem is I did not use both tickets I used one ticket.

Here is what I am going on. Logged into tournament tickets section last night.

ACR login ->My account -> Ticket manager ->

@ 9pm 3 tickets were listed in there:

2 tickets for step-4 one showed a game in progress click on register.

I wish had a screenshot to show you. But it was listed like this more or less
Venom step 4 and a register button what was odd was there was a 0 next to it I assumed was for number of people currently regged

Under that another ticket for step 4 showing number of current players and the reg button.

Under that was another ticket for the Saturday Step 5 ticket @ 2pm with a register button

I clicked on the middle register button and was taken to the game. When I got knocked out I went back to the ticket manager window and it was completely empty. I did not rebuy or anything.

The odd thing is that your CS told me that the ticket was cashed by them to my account and they insisted I used two tickets which would be fine except I did not. Further the only ticket in question was for the (December 1) Saturday game which has not happened yet and that disappeared seemingly for no reason and with no record of it.

I know what I saw because I checked each day over the past week and they were the same each day.

Your team can insist I played in two step-4 games which is more than unlikely, but even if so it does not explain the step 5 game on Saturday.

My point to anyone reading this is take screen shots of your ticket manager before and after your games.

It would be nice if there was a listing of tickets won for the month.

According to tournament history in my account:

11/18/18 12:26pm venom 113 seats GTD 1/5 won a ticket for $6.61 {Used @ 2:24pm 11/18/18} "Used"
11/18/18 2:24pm Venom 60 seats 2/5 used ticket and won a ticket for a 16.51 value "?" Far as I can see this has not been used unless it automatically signed me up and I lost but there is no record of this ticket being used in my tourney history that I can find
11/25/18 6:18pm Venom 113 Seats GTD 1/5 won a ticket for $6.61 {Used @ 10:06pm 11/25/18} "Used"
11/25/18 7:44pm Venom 60 seats GTD 2/5 {Used ticket for entry cost $6.61 } Won a a ticket valued @ 16.51 "used"
11/25/18 10:06pm Venom 30 Seats Used Ticket and won a ticket value $55.01 "used"
11/28/18 10:47pm Venom? step 4 (as displayed in my history) and lost.
That is what is in the game history for the past month.

The issue is that when I clicked on my ticket manager it showed a ticket for a scheduled game at 2pm on December 1 @ 2pm EST That ticket is gone and there is not record of any game played that got me there.

The other thing that was strange was the comment by CS that they cashed my ticket and then they stated I used the cash to get into a game - whatever. I pay attention to my cash all the time and would have certainly noticed a $55 increase in my bank roll. And when I did sign up for the game I did so through the ticket manager using that register button.

But just to re-iterate regardless of game history. My ticket manager display showed two tickets every day since Sunday night / Monday early morning(11/25/18-11/26//18). 1 for step 4 on demand and 1 for a game that was scheduled for 2pm on Saturday dec 1 - currently the only venom game at that time is a step 5 so I assume that is what that ticket was for.

This was the only ticket that had a scheduled time associated with the game. When I logged in last night there were 3 tickets - two for the step 4 on demand and one for the scheduled game on Saturday dec 1.

At a minimum something is funky with the way the ticket manager displays results.

Hi, could you please provide me with more information, such as your OS (operating system), any error message you get or any other detail that might be useful? So that I can better assist you.

I am on Mac. There is no error message. While playing freerolls it suddenly makes me sitout causing missing some hands. I have to manually choose back on all tables. This is happening too frequently though

Hi, I apologize for the late reply. Please try this out and let me know if you are still having issues;

1.Check if Google Chrome is installed.
2.Set Google Chrome as default browser.
3.Download installer.
4.Install application.
5.On the prompt click on more option > Uninstall.
6.Open the System Preferences.(top left hand corner on the apple icon).
7.Next open the Security & Privacy pane by clicking Security & Privacy. (Make sure that the General tab is selected.).
8. Click the icon labeled "Click the lock to make changes" in the bottom-left corner.
9. Enter your username and password into the prompt that appears and click Unlock.
10. Under the section labeled "Allow applications downloaded from: “select the option "Anywhere". On the prompt that appears, click "Allow From Anywhere".
11.Install the poker application (if prompt says: "Software already installed", choose REPLACE).
12.Open the application and log in (all tables should be working now).


If it is SIERRA or HIGH SIERRA, this version is not accepting software not registered in the App Store, however, there is a fix for this, as follows:

1. In the Finder, locate the app you want to open.
Don’t use Launchpad to do this. Launchpad doesn’t allow you to access the shortcut menu.
2. Control-click the app icon, then choose Open from the shortcut menu.

Hi ACR rep registered for a 2 dollar jackpot game that would not load for me tried logging in and out several times.
logged in fine game would not load are you having problems with jackpot games?
My account was debited 2 dollars without me getting an opportunity to play or unregister.
hghblair is username my internet was working fine at the time on other sites.

hey all i am writing this post very angry so forgive me if i rant. yesterday i did a crypto transfer using XLM (STELLAR). i sent and waited and waited and waited and now i am still waiting. so ive contacted them to see what the problem is several times.ive sent screen shots that show that the transaction was sent and credited to the wallet they told me to send it to in the deposit screen. but they say that they cant see it and that it wasnt confirmed. but it clearly states that it has been credited to their wallet. ive contacted them with them telling me are trying to manually get the xlm i sent. how is that possible when its already credited to their accout? anyways if we could get this process done id greatly appreciate it. ive been waiting almost 36 hrs when xlm is almost an instant transfer thats what they are known for. so whats the hold up????? thanks, ANDREW!

A few months ago ACR changed the format for the .50 cent on-demand tournaments (bummer). It would be nice to have some low budget .50 cent or $1.00 on-demand tournaments, with long late registration and lots of players, (like the on-demand freerolls). thanks

First part I totaly agree, but the second is wrong. Hand for hand should start some percent of places paid before them, with 120 places paid, 3 before starts hand for hand is pretty late. Bubble phase is not strictly defined. Someone already wrote that in live poker it starts much earlier and hand for hand is really good. Don't know why you don't want it? It's unfair that when in the phase of the tournament when players on the bottom often have stack equal to few blinds, there are tables where single hand could be very long or very quick. Especially when there are a lot of sitting out like in the Venom steps. On those tables most of the people instantly fold and on other there are a lot of players that plays in style to make the hand longer to don't be eaten by the blinds. So the early hand for hand is very good, cause it eliminates variance. Unless you're a fish that only chance is to have some luck... but then you won't be profitable anyway.

I see what you're saying about the hand for hand thing. It's more of a time thing and if the players sitting out would automatically lose when their chips ran out then the hand for hand thing wouldn't be that big of a deal.

The worst thing is when you see someone fold to a shortstack who is sitting out.

Usually it doesn't bother me too much I guess it was situational last night since I had been crippled by a cooler and a min cash was pretty decent in this tournament.

I do think the people sitting out should be auto-eliminated when they hit 0. Hand for hand isn't too big of a deal I was just a little tilted when I ranted that. :frown:

ACR, what would be the chance of offering some different game tourneys... maybe a cardschat exclusive, or even a few regular formatted HORSE tourneys. No one except pokerstars seems to offer this. Is this something you could manage to create?

If you have two PCs , and 1 acr and 1 bcp accounts now yapoker is included too, i suppose you can running the two or 3 accounts simultaneously in any tourney. it shouldn't be forbidden, cause when you make a deposit at Acr , you will still have to make another at Blackchip
