Your support told me they were undergoing "maintenance".........again.
No problem, it was back up that afternoon when I got off work.

I've been told 7 times so far by ACR support in LiveChat and over the Phone,... to make sure I have the latest Java and Flashplayer updates in the last 6 weeks when encountering issues with the ACR poker client.
So far....the PERFECT FIX has always been.....
just cut the site off until ACR........is done with "maintenance"(?).
uh-huh....
that's worked everytime.
Curious thing....BOL, PokerStars, and Bravada.......seem to work just fine when ACR tells me I need to check for the lastest updates.
So does every other site I visit to stream movies, download movies, stream radio, Skype with my kids, and......
well, lets just say everything works but ACR when I get that suggestion.
But thanks for the 8th suggestion to check for the updates.
I've come to learn that when I have a problem with ACR,
ACR has a problem with ACR.
I just ask questions then to see if the answers ever change. :bandit:
