I got a chance to play on my computer last night for a bit.
VERY NICE experience!

BUT on my Android phone not so simple.

It appears to be very limited.
Is there a link about "How to play on a phone"?

Can't log in

It says :"Bad user code or password" I've reset my pw multiple times and still it's not letting me in. I don't live in a restricted US state, so idk why this is happening. Also the cpu I'm using is pretty new, so I know that's not the problem. Should I uninstall and then reinstall?

But I couldn't get onto my account because of an update done by ACR (WPN) making my computer become useless at the time (& still). When I signed up to A.C.R. & made deposits, I was doing so with hopes of being able to play. The only reason I haven't been able to is because your site chose to do an update that excluded players using WinVista. If you were to look back through this thread you'll see where I was inquiring about the software update & what could I do about it while on a computer with WinVista. Trust me... I hoped to be using the 'new'(?) computer ages ago.


I picked up a tablet thinking I'd be able to play occasionally on it prior to getting my computer running but I was unable to login with it (this was ~6mos. ago).

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get my new(?.. not really new anymore but new as in 'unused'.. sigh) computer up & running yet. I have an insane schedule at times, ie. this week working each night til' close to 10pm while also caring for my partner (who has chronic illness) & dealing with my own stage 4 cirrhosis liver disease. Thing is.... 'soon' I will have some spare time & I'm hoping to be able to start playing a bunch of online poker a few days/week and ACR is one of the sites I'd like to focus most of my play on.

Thanks for your help. I do really appreciate it.

I don't think I've been inactive for over 12months, but then again, I don't know for sure. I was never notified of my account being inactive by e-mail, so I don't think this is the case either. Could it be that I should download from a different browser? For example with Microsoft Edge instead of Internet Explorer?

as forklift boy unloads my truck trying desperately to sign up for "All CC members" and the "25+ posts" freerolls BUT CC doesn't make it easy -- unless I'm missing something. I probably am.

Check post #1 again. Your access to the passwords is on the exact day of the game and may be as late as 15 minutes before it starts. Your time of posting looks like Friday at 11:00am for the Saturday and Sunday games. Too early.

I do like ACR very much as a Grinder, I love freerools and they have lot´s of them

I'm very glad to know that you were able to play and also that you were able to complete the deposit. Also by limited you mean that not all the games are available right? Our development team are working very hard so they can release more games soon.

Rewards button and deposit button not working this morning.

Please be so kind and check if you have the latest Java and Flashplayer version updated. If so, please try to close the application and then open it again and check if the buttons are working fine. If not please let me know.

I'm really sorry, the poker application does not support XP or Windows Vista anymore. You could play our application on your mobile phone. Just open the following link on your phone: https://www.americascardroom.eu/

Your support told me they were undergoing "maintenance".........again.

No problem, it was back up that afternoon when I got off work.

I've been told 7 times so far by ACR support in LiveChat and over the Phone,... to make sure I have the latest Java and Flashplayer updates in the last 6 weeks when encountering issues with the ACR poker client.
So far....the PERFECT FIX has always been.....
just cut the site off until ACR........is done with "maintenance"(?).

uh-huh....
that's worked everytime.

Curious thing....BOL, pokerstars, and Bravada.......seem to work just fine when ACR tells me I need to check for the lastest updates.

So does every other site I visit to stream movies, download movies, stream radio, Skype with my kids, and......
well, lets just say everything works but ACR when I get that suggestion.

But thanks for the 8th suggestion to check for the updates.

ACR has a problem with ACR.
I just ask questions then to see if the answers ever change. :bandit:

I see where the ACR rep gave you the link to play on the mobile App.
A HEADSUP for you ......all you can play on that mobile app is the Jackpot games.
The regular poker lobby is NOT available on it. You will not be able to access the Tournament lobby, SNG's, or anything other than the Jackpot games.

just some info...

Interesting Fact About ACR Software

The software hang up when for no reason - especially, when it is expecting a fold.
It is programmed - spossed to be Random - check the random generator - SIPPY expects it needs work - before you may offer it as a legit site. Need to force quit it again to going the game.

If you go to the Menu (click on the 3 upper lines near the Americas Cardroom logo) You can select Jackpots or Sit n Go 2.0 We only have those games available at the moment, as Robmrjet said but, our development team will release more soon.

Yes, our tournaments department and development team are working on this so they can add them soon. Once they launch them I will tell you guys here.

I reached out to the blind community and got reasonable assurances we could get a FREE visually impaired poker player to consult with your IT people on accessibility.

I was about to join some games and thought I saw, I think, 4 players leave a bunch of tables all at the same time. I think that's what I saw, might have just been the lobby not actually updating or something though. Were my eyes playing tricks on me, or did a bunch of people get booted at the same time?

I played a jackpot game recently and just after it started the game froze and I was unable to participate, I gave up trying to get it working after 5 mins, then a couple of days later I tried to play another jackpot game and it happened again but this time I was still able to play on another table.

The fault is clearly with your site, will I get my money refunded.

I have mot played any jackpot games since these incidents so you should be able to see that I didn't get to play them, I have a screenshot showing that I could still play the cash tables while the jackpot game was just a white screen.

I just want my cash back.
