Both my ACR & BlackChip accounts have been dormant for almost a year now (ever since the day the update occurred that required players to have Win7 or newer).I'm planning on firing up a new puter I have and am wondering if I should be in a hurray about it (ie. is there any penalty if your account has been dormant for a specific length of time?... I know some sites I've played on in the past would penalize players who hadn't logged in after 'x' amount of time.

Sorry, should have explained better. I can play tournaments on my laptop but when I bring up the mobile site on my phone or tablet that has the android OS, the tournament rooms are not available. This was told to me by support after we got our download issues solved

What is the difference between America's Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, and Ya Poker. All three appear to using the same software client, but with different branding.

Do all three host the same tournaments, cash tables, etc.?

Americas Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, True Poker and Ya Poker are from the same network (Winning Poker Network) the difference is the promotions, for example, ACR has the Welcome Bonus Package (this promotion only applies for this specific skin)

thanks. Glad I posted.... but still didn't set up the new computer (too busy working as usual)

I actually tried to login on my tablet ~6mos. ago but wasn't able to get onto my account. At the time I figured it was just a glitch or something and didn't pay it much attention as I figured I would eventually be back on a computer with an up-to-date operating system. Well things didn't pan out for me until just recently. Just now I went to check on my previous activity (via SS) and see my last time on ACR was Mar.26/2017 and for BlackChipPoker I think it was even longer ago than that.


ACR Rep. I believe I need your help sir! (will try to get my new puter functioning tomorrow).

Don't worry, let's do the following soon as you can please log in to your computer (Try with both skins, remember that you are only able to log in one skin at the time) And let me know if you were able to.

I KNOW you've answered this MANY times but finding that answer is tough.

Please provide step-by-step directions for freeroll access.

I know I have 25+ posts but I've searched for directions/instructions to no avail.

New subject, if you ever get a reply from "upstairs " about blind access, I'm sure I could find you a blind player to volunteer as a free consultant.

Hi ACR rep - You may be aware - I get timed out from games I wish to play - even real games - so it is confusing to know what the site is doing?

Please let me know. I cannot commit to play real $$ when I need to Force Quit your site and not know if I am in a game?

short answer, you only qualify for a very few so far.

Look at this link real quick. Scroll down to where you will find your question.
AFTER you do that, scroll back up to the top of the page, look at the top left of the tool bar, hit the forum button, then scroll down to the MAIN freeroll forum section, and you will find some sub forums... post any follow up questions in one of those.
There's a better link that describes all the qualifying things to play in all of them, I'll PM it to you later. I'm in a game.

Just to make sure, are you asking about the 250 New Depositors Freeroll or the Cardschat freeroll?


And also, thank you very much for letting know about it, when the Management Department send me an email about the proposal, I will let you know for sure.

It's the CC 25+ posts freerolls I'd like to sign up for, and if the time schedule is doable for me, give it a shot.

as forklift boy unloads my truck trying desperately to sign up for "All CC members" and the "25+ posts" freerolls BUT CC doesn't make it easy -- unless I'm missing something. I probably am.

Is there a possibility for you to make a video so I can see when it times you out? I only have your case with this issue, no other players are reporting this issue. Do you have the Java and Flash player up to date? Could be related to your internet connection, try just playing ACR without other applications open (for example Facebook, Twitter, other poker Apps, etc.) so you can see if it times you out.

You are making the deposit on your computer, right? Because on the mobile App the deposit option is not available.


Also, let me know which deposit method are you using.

Lefty,
saturday and sunday only for the 25+ member freerolls on ACR.Click on the main freeroll forum, then scroll till you see a post for the Sat or Sun freeroll. You wont see the password untill about 15 mins before turny starts.
HEADSUP for you...start bookmarking all the freeroll pages..so you can find them easy.
The daily freerolls are for after you get accepted in the freeroll club, after 75 posts.
Time flies...just keep posting.
