I was about to join some games and thought I saw, I think, 4 players leave a bunch of tables all at the same time. I think that's what I saw, might have just been the lobby not actually updating or something though. Were my eyes playing tricks on me, or did a bunch of people get booted at the same time?

Which table was it? Provide me the table ID, please.

I played a jackpot game recently and just after it started the game froze and I was unable to participate, I gave up trying to get it working after 5 mins, then a couple of days later I tried to play another jackpot game and it happened again but this time I was still able to play on another table.

The fault is clearly with your site, will I get my money refunded.

I have mot played any jackpot games since these incidents so you should be able to see that I didn't get to play them, I have a screenshot showing that I could still play the cash tables while the jackpot game was just a white screen.

I just want my cash back.

It was every table at 6max .01c/.02c no limit holdem. Every table with players was full and then suddenly at least half of the tables went down to 2 players and a couple down to 3 or 4 players.
It happened probably not more than 10 minutes before I posted about it. I wasn't actually sitting at a particular table, I was about to click join wait list on a table when 4 players from that table disappeared at the same time, which is when I looked at the lobby and saw most of the tables were missing all but 2 players. It was really strange.
I probably sound like a crazy person.

I sent in a email to WPN Integrity department about a month ago because of certain players cheating with bots. My ACR name is Viralization. My Blackchip poker account called River187 was credited back a refund because I was getting cheated but why hasnt my ACR account been credited back ive played a ton more on ACR than BCP. Ive had multiple more issues on ACR more than BCP. ACR rep please read the email from my ACR account and please get back to me. Ive been waiting for over month.

Table freezes,lockups, shutdowns, what ever....not a good thing when the money disappears.

Request - H/L Omaha NL Games

Hi ACR Rep - TY for giving us a voice into the ACR site - I think the site is great.

My request would be to provide some lower buy-in games for NL and H/L NL Omaha games - 9 players. I would suggest 0.25 and 0.50 cent games - The other games are great - however it takes a while thru the freerolls to get enough $$$$ to play at the $1.50, $3 and above levels.

The lower entry games would not take much software programing changes. Would also, I think, increase participation from the players.

Thank you for your consideration of this request - Also TY for providing us a nice poker site to play on - while we learn.

As I know that you respond quickly and I don't do email all that well I have only mentioned it here.


Here is the screenshot, I only had the Jackpot game open and when It wouldn't open correctly I opened up a play money table to see if I could play still and sure enough I was able to, the Jackpot table never opened more than you can see in the screenshot on both occasions.


On checking my transaction history both Jackpot games were on the same day, It not a couple of days apart like I said in my original message to you, so checking my hand histories should show you that I wasn't able to play. I haven't played one since.

As you can see from both screenshots the chip amounts are different showing that I could still play on the site, btw this was at BCP, I hope that won't be a problem and that you can still help me to be reimbursed, and if you're feeling in a good mood and want to show everyone here how awesome ACR/BCP is a ticket or 2 to jackpot games as a small form of compensation for the stress.

For sure I will help you, just provide me the Jackpot ID or the exact day you played both of them so I can check them with the tournaments department. It's because on the screenshot I can't see very well the number ID.

I just requested a withdrawal, I am from the US so I do not have as many options as some countries. I asked for a "check" and was told on live chat "after" I was approved and account verified that checks take 8 weeks? I did not see this warning anywhere
