We know there's been some players wanting us to pop in here, so we're very happy to open this thread and help answer to any of your questions or concerns.

As the ACR Rep, my goal will be to make sure your opinions and feedback are heard by those making the decisions and help make your experience at America's Cardroom is a good one.

This is the place to vent, share your poker hands, comment and suggest anything you want ( but let's keep it friendly).

how come some tournaments say guarenteed x amount and they dont have yhat in them? just asking. ive noticed that on some of them.

It wasn't a tournament it was ring games like I said in the post you quoted.

I just requested a withdrawal, I am from the US so I do not have as many options as some countries. I asked for a "check" and was told on live chat "after" I was approved and account verified that checks take 8 weeks? I did not see this warning anywhere

If it's a free check, normally takes 30 days but, it could take up to 8 business weeks.

Normally we don't recommend third-party programs, because it could affect the poker application functionality.

The 420-friendly High Five Tournament Series returns to Americas Cardroom this Wednesday, April 18th through Sunday, April 22nd with over $1,500,000 in guaranteed prize pools.​

You'll find five tournaments added to the regular schedule for five days straight. With regular, rebuy/add-on, knockout, turbos and mega stack hyper turbo tournaments, everybody can get taken higher.​

The High Five also features a daily 10-minute “courtesy break” at 4:20pm ET.​

Below is the guaranteed Main Event for each day, along with the buy-in. All times ET.

I am having problems getting an acknowledgement or response from the support team regarding account verification / documentation that I've sent in weeks ago. Can you please help?

When I signed up at ACR I made a first deposit using my wifes debit card and even though the deposit was successful, I soon received an email stating that 3rd party cards are not allowed and that the visa/credit card feature will be disabled for my account until I sent in verification documents, utility bill scan and new credit card to use for the account. I've done this as requested and sent it back the the email address specified many weeks ago and have yet to receive a simple response or acknowledgement that it was received or being worked on, etc. I've sent two followup emails asking for a response or acknowledgement and also did not get a reply. Please help.


To compound the issue, my wife signed up for an ACR account over the weekend and tried depositing with the same debit card and her account was instantly flagged stating that the card was already being used by another ACR player and visa deposits are now disabled for her account due to that flag. She then received an email saying to use bitcoin and did not offer to reinstate credit card deposit feature at all like they had for my account.


Please help to resolve this issue as my only other choice would be to leave ACR and start playing at BlackChip poker.

The difference is that the Free check takes more days than the Courier check but, for the Courier check you have to pay a fee because we send it via FedEx.

The best cash out option would be Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency.

Same network, same rep. Winning Poker Network is ACR, BlackChip, Ya Poker, and one other that I can't remember right now.

One thing you should know is if you are in a tournament on BlackChip, that tournament is also running on ACR. You can't register for same tournament on both sites.

After registering at Cardschat I knew about Americas Card Room and I must confess that I found strange in the begining because of the avatars but after playing it I'm completly addicted.

There is a option in settings to turn those annoying avatars off. IMO, they are silly. I put them right up there with smilies almost. It is a distraction to see three of the same avatar staring back at you. Turning them off keeps the eye trained on the player's name -- better retention for feeling your opponents out and remembering their playing habits.

Hello, I checked it with the email department and Security department. They did not receive your reply with the documents attached. Let's do the following, please resend the email to the same TID. Soon as you sent it, let me know so I can check it directly with them.

Normally that's the time frame for the checks, but sometimes it could take less.
