It may not matter if ACR is rigged if I cannot find a deposit method that is user friendly like on other sites that I play. I have contacted them directly and they have offered nothing that doesn't have unreasonable surcharges. Their limited deposit choices favour the companies doing the transfers and are not "player friendly"!

I just logged out of ACR after being unable to access Chat or get someone on the toll free number. The deposit methods for today show one - credit card. There are no other deposit methods showing and no way to a current explanation without Chat or a phone response. I was told that ecoPayz was a deposit method and I enrolled and today, I received a reply from ecoPayz that they do not make transfers into ACR from some countries, including canada. Unfortunate as their transfer fee for me would have been free.

One deposit option at ACR
I am viewing the deposit options in ACR and it is the same as yesterday: It shows one and that is visa. I sent a picture of what appears when I go to deposit to support at ACR. No one responded.

If others are seeing more deposit options, as I used to, it may be because I have a Mac computer and it is not !00% compatible with ACR software. I have noticed other glitches at ACR with my Mac.

I am having problems using Mac on ACR as well. I can not see the deposit methods and I cannot hit CASHIER and access it directly. I would be afraid to play in a tournament from what I have read and witnessed. It would be too frustrating.
In order to overcome this, support recommends that I purchase windows and download a program off the internet that would be costly and put my MAC at risk for viruses and other problems. All that because ACR has third world, out of date, software. Quickly losing interest in a site that is not Mac friendly and has limited and very expensive deposit methods. Thank goodness for poker stars.

Yesterday I was playing a $16.50 "on demand Omaha hi/lo sit and go" and after we got to the final table our game totally froze up. I waited for over 30 minutes, and finally called in. I was told that you were experiencing "issues" and I should just wait. I waited for over 2 hours then logged off. This morning I checked my account, and nothing had been added or reimbursed. The table number was 7950621 I called in this morning and after listening to your "high volume" message for 23 minutes I gave up. Since it 430 in the morning and you had hardly anyone online playing i'm sure you were NOT that busy. It does not help having a help line if no one is there to answer it. I would appreciate it if you could handle this. Thank You JMG_118

Nice UI. Actually deadly attractive.
Rake back policy is horrible: 1/1000
Promotions for existing players: Absent
SitNGo: Fair
Guaranteed Tournaments: Poor; ...
Rebuys and reentries forever.
On Demand Tournaments are totally rigged for new players.
The site random card deal is totally absent. Card deal favor tournament speed or new players.
If you ever play slot machines, and you eventually won, and lost for sure after that; then you know what is going to happen in ACR.
You are going to lose all you money.
Random deal does not work here.
Premium hands will lose most of the time.
Setup players will fish until they win on the river.
If you fold, you will see that your hand would win: They encourage you to play with any crap.
Conclusion: If you want to play Bingo, and Bingo match their needs, then this is a perfect site.

Besides they don't have real worthy Guarantee Tourneys, they must have losng money. Why: they had a very cheap tourney for 0.11 guaranteed 100. Now is down to 75.
Why? Because they are broke or the eternal stealers/scammers.

Wow! And I thought the only problems that ACR had included faulty software and expensive deposit methods and unqualified technicians! Glad that I was not able to make a deposit or play at ACR with my Mac computer.

For quite a while now I have been getting a ridiculous amount of lag which is making both ACR and BCP unplayable, it gradually uses my time bank up and when that happens I have to preselect call otherwise I get folded every hand, sometimes I get folded even after preselecting call.

I play more on BCP than ACR but they both act the same, I have a high speed internet connection and I don't have this problem on other sites.
It is getting to the stage that I don't want to play there anymore due to the frustration that this problem causes me.
I have the latest update downloaded from BCP today as it wouldn't update and I got a message to go to the download page of BCP to re-download the client, it made no difference.
