McAfee. Plus whatever Microsoft, Chrome or Firefox throw up for themselves. (I'll be working all day Monday; back to you much more on Tuesday. Wish I could get the dead ACR pieces off my computer to try again with the new. Even poker management version had error in install attempts.)

I sent you a private message with the steps to correct this situation, please let me know if it worked.

More information:
After I finished playing on ACR yesterday logged off. Tried opening ACR client and it would not.
Tried ACR this morning and it still would not open.
Open the AmericasCardroom folder and found the file:

AmericasCardroom2.exe

Tried deleting the file and I could not see the following screenshot:

Highlighted some information that did not match.

Hit the retry button several time and it would not delete.
Power down my computer and back up several times and the file was there.
Still could not open the client.

Now when I hold down [ctrl] key and reboot the computer (Which I believe is a form of safe mode with Windows 10) look at what happen.

The AmericasCardroom2.exe file is gone.
Tried opening the client and it opened, but look what came back.

Shut down the client and open the client several time with no problems.
(Still in safe mode)

Power down computer and power up my computer normally and was only able to open the client one time.

One more piece of information I kept checking BCP client with a similar file (BlackChipPoker2.exe) and when I rebooted in safemode it disappeared too.

I really appreciate all this information, could you please be so kind and let me know which Antivirus are you using?

I signed up with ACR a while ago but I cannot play on it as their software is not compatible with MAC computers, which was a surprise in this day and age. Will they upgrade their software someday in order for Apple users to play there?

We do have a Mac version, you can download it here only chose the Mac Beta version.

For Shempstir and shamanalix, it seems that you are experiencing these issues due to the antivirus (McAfee), this antivirus is blocking the application. I would highly recommend setting the ACR application in safe mode on the antivirus settings.

Tempting fate? You need 500 players for the $2K game to cover, and 2000 Players for the $500 game to cover.

I will be thrilled if you can cover both games, but wowsers if you don't!

Both are way above my BR. And the way you (WPN) have done feeder sats into these games doesn't suite my philosophies. By that I mean too many of the feeders that I might take a shot at are played before the main event on the same day. That means 20 + straight hours of poker to get into the decent money.

I ain't got that kind of endurance anymore.

I joined ACR ages ago and have tried several times to access the cashier after logging into the lobby. Each time that I go to cashier, it requires another log in, which your site won't open. It does not recognize the same log in information that I used to access the lobby, which is not a problem if I want to stare at the list and not play.

I removed the previous ACR from my Apps and downloaded a BETA version. It works no better. I tried to get Boot Camp and it says I need a usb with windows.

Your software is not Mac friendly. I tried ACR chat and that was a waste of time. They tell me how to download your software, but have no idea how to get Boot Camp, which is where I am left....again...

What country are you and your bank account that you will use based in? If USA and you are not in state of Nevada or New Jersey I actually think ALL the American-taxed poker rooms (ACR/BOL/IGN) all are windows-only but i can be wrong of course... Sorry for you...

If you are in NV or NJ you legally can't use ACR anyway because that's part of the deal they made to be legal in the rest of USA.

If you are in a country where you can play other poker rooms and only have access to mac I will highly recommend pokerstars. 888 is definitely on par software-wise with pokerstars but there's many reasons other than software compatibility to like a poker room.

Could you please tell me which Mac version are you using? Capitan or Sierra?

Please try the following:

First, delete all files related to ACR application, then reinstalled it.

Right-click on your Americascardroompoker application in the applications folder and click show package contents. Then open the contents folder and in the drop-down menu open the macOS folder. There should be at least one Americascardroompoker Unix executable file there. Once you ran one or both of those files ACR would open fine.

Deleted files again. Downloaded BETA version again. ACR opens but I still cannot access the cashier. It requires another log in that your site now won't accept even though I used it to access your lobby. Same thing happens no matter how often I delete ACR and download a new one. I am limited to staring at your lobby but cannot access cashier.

I tried something different on ACR. Instead of trying to open the large red CASHIER logo in the lower right of the lobby, I clicked on the envelope to the left of it with the time and an envelope. That opened the cashier. Now to find deposit method that does not involve a credit card or cryptocurrencies!
