Our brand new #SNGO hit a mini-jackpot on the very first day!

The $10 buy-in had 2 gold cards and 9 green cards, resulting in a $9,947.76 pot, congrats to the winners.

Hello, I have a question about 20 cards. Money from them go to the cashier? Can I withdraw them later?

I've decided I don't like the SnG2.0 format.

Why?

- it takes a standard 9 player table and pays out like a 6 max. Normal is 3 spots, these pay 2.
- In a 5 player game, it took $10 out of the prize pool.
- There is no way, apparently, to get a feel for how long I'll have to wait for a game to start. Normally handled by seeing how many are registered and waiting, that info seems to be disguised, or missing.

OK, I understand the prize pools need to be funded, but I want to play poker, not a lottery. While these seem to pay out similar to Jackpot games, the difference is enough to dissuade me from enthusiastically joining a game.

I have watched the intro video several time, and it still confuses me.

Go play live

these sit and go 2.0 games are pretty fun.
the drawing card aspect makes it real fun with the option to keep building the prize pool before any hands are dealt.

only played 4 games.
2 started with red cards.
2 started with 3 green cards paying out 5 players instead of the normal 2.

and i've yet to see a gold card.

I do wish that there was a 2.50-or3.50 game though.
hell there are 1.50 normal sit and go's everyday.
It's a slot machine

Is there a list of countries that I can find that is allowed by ACR? I have looked around but I have been unable to find anything. I have friends that are interested in playing, but I usually have to call support to ask.

In a PLO8 tourney that has been frozen for at least 10 minutes.

WPN sure needs a way for players to alert staff that something is amiss. Live support is unavailable.......

I was in the freeroll for over 2 hours with less than 100 ppl to go with 50k+ in chips in 3rd place when the tourney froze for half hour then was cancelled. ive been playing poker for years and have never had that happen to me until now. I wasted a lot of time for now nothing. ACR needs to pull up their socks cause that's just ridiculous. I'm so mad I'm deleting ACR off my laptop and tell anyone that will listen to just go somewhere else, to a poker site that can hold an actual connection.

Could not register in this poker room. Was not licensed in my country. Two weeks ago I tried and succeeded. I understand that ACR was licensed in Ukraine.

Hi, If you are referring to the 20 days of free cash up to $50, the free cash can't be withdrawal or use it for another purpose. You must use them for any Jackpot poker game or you can accumulate the jackpot free bucks for longer buy-ins $40 Jackpot poker.

I just received a letter.
It warns you from fraud.
I read and did nothing.
What is it?

It's a warning from WPN saying players are receiving emails that appear to be from WPN, but are not. Scammers are trying to get IDs/passwords. Simply be careful when receiving emails from WPN.
