I ran into a glitch with the Auto Time Bank function earlier today (Saturday afternoon). I was in the 1K Hyper Turbo Mega Stack tourney. I have the Auto Time Bank activated in my Table Options.

I picked up Aces in the BB, I was facing a 3 bet and I was trying to decide how much to re raise 4 bet. My original time expired and instead of going into my Time Bank automatically like it was supposed to my hand was folded without going into my time bank. I had a full time bank at my disposal but it did not activate. After that happened I checked my "Table options" just to make sure that my Auto Time Bank option was checked and it was.

The next hand I let the time expire on purpose just to see would it activate my time bank automatically and it didn't. So I went back into my Table Options and deselected the Auto Time Bank Option. At least this way when I need extra time I can click it on the actual table at that exact moment and it works every time when I do it that way.

So yeah the Auto Time Bank needs to be fixed. There's no worse feeling than folding pocket Aces pre flop in a Hyper Turbo Tournament. I'm shocked that I actually cashed in that tourney after that fiasco!!!!

I cannot send a PM in return so I suppose we must have this conversation here. Please explain to me, what about bitcoin withdraw has taken 4 days and will take another 48-72 hours? Please explain this process thoroughly. Everyone from ACR keeps giving me time frames that turn out to be false and what I really want is an answer to why it takes so long. The money is really not the issue. It was a $150 withdraw to test the process. And here we are. So, to be clear, I want to know what takes so long??? What I don't want at this point is an answer of when. Why? Not When.

I checked this issue with the tournament department. They told me that they have tested this same scenario and the auto-enable feature was working properly. If you still have issues, please be so kind and send to support@americascardroom.eu a video or a screenshot about this, so our CS department could create a ticket for the Tech department.

Still doesn't really explain anything. You are giving me an excuse. Let me help. Do you hold the money for a few days in hopes that the player will cancel the withdraw? Or are you using the bitcoin price to hedge ACR losses and player profits? There is no possible way soooo many people are cashing out that you cant process my request in a timely matter. I just don't buy it. I would be willing to bet that 90% of your clientele does not cash out.

How com you guys don't do any Sit n go multi table freezouts? I do see you do multi table on demand sng, but there is no cap...you should do sng where they cap at 27, 45, 180 players and then run it with no late reg...thoughts ?

these sit and go 2.0 games are pretty fun.
the drawing card aspect makes it real fun with the option to keep building the prize pool before any hands are dealt.

only played 4 games.
2 started with red cards.
2 started with 3 green cards paying out 5 players instead of the normal 2.

and i've yet to see a gold card.

I do wish that there was a 2.50-or3.50 game though.
hell there are 1.50 normal sit and go's everyday.
