Hi! If you want to check the Jackpots you had played, please go to Jackpots, then click on hand histories, select the range and then click on Download file.

I am not looking for Hand History!! I am looking for information like below. When the old Jackpots format worked!!

I understand, but now we classified all the information regarding Jackpots on the Jackpot tab. Remember that for Jackpots you are only able to see up to 7 days history.

Hi Guys, does anyone know where to send the document verification to (I guess email address) and what are the requirements for my withdraw after a first deposit (play through)?

I deposited via bitcoin and of course the bitcoin "withdraw" option is not there.

I tried to use the "live chat" which was lackluster. After waiting for the rep to join he ended the chat without even responding. Not impressed.

Hi, I'm really sorry about that. If you are planning to deposit only via Bitcoins, you just need to send your ID or driver's license and the Utility bill. Please send the documents to the following email address: security@americascardroom.eu also on the email, please let us know that you deposited with Bitcoins and want to have the Bitcoin withdrawal option so our Withdrawal department can enable the option. If you need anything else or have any questions please let me know.

How does this make sense if we will love it? Why not just allow us to use points until this new mystery thing comes out? It's already been several weeks

I understand you, but now players have the option to purchase $1.00 cash for just 100 points from the store section.

I am really looking forward to march 26th so we can all play in the $1000 dollar freeroll at american card room. My experience at ACR has been good they have a lot of options to choose from. Good poker site imho.

Yes, you have to verify your account first. Please be so kind and provide me your Nickname by PM so I can check your account and let you know which documents you need to send. Normally we request the following:

-A scanned image of the front side of your Driver's license.
-A recent utility bill under your name Plus, if you deposited with a credit card:

-Signed Authorization form (depending on the case)
-Copy of the card (s) used to deposit

Hi, the only way to access the sports section offered is through the poker application. It will open a new web-based window but you access it by the poker client. Is entered per session. But you can close the poker application after you get the "Logging in" message.

Hello, I have received conflicting information on if I can play on ACR as a Maryland resident. On the site it says that I am not allowed, but when I asked in the live chat, the operator stated that ACR would not block me from playing. They also said that I could deposit, and process withdraws from ACR with no problems or possibility of my account or bankroll being frozen. He also recommended that I deposit and withdraw with Bitcoin. If this is true, why do they state in their EULA that we are banned? Why am I allowed to deposit in the cashier?

I really want to play on ACR, as they have a bigger population than Betonline, and I really want to use the ACR Rakeback program. Betonline is very barebones, and it is not very populated.

I wish this could get answered in confidence.

I spoke to a second ACR rep, and they also explicitly said that I could play on ACR, directly conflicting with their EULA, and when I brought up the EULA, they stated that it didn't matter, and that the EULA was just a legal formality. I have the sinking common sense, though, that they would simply let me deposit and play, and then "conveniently" freeze my account when I withdraw.

I ran into a glitch with the Auto Time Bank function earlier today (Saturday afternoon). I was in the 1K Hyper Turbo Mega Stack tourney. I have the Auto Time Bank activated in my Table Options.

I picked up Aces in the BB, I was facing a 3 bet and I was trying to decide how much to re raise 4 bet. My original time expired and instead of going into my Time Bank automatically like it was supposed to my hand was folded without going into my time bank. I had a full time bank at my disposal but it did not activate. After that happened I checked my "Table options" just to make sure that my Auto Time Bank option was checked and it was.

The next hand I let the time expire on purpose just to see would it activate my time bank automatically and it didn't. So I went back into my Table Options and deselected the Auto Time Bank Option. At least this way when I need extra time I can click it on the actual table at that exact moment and it works every time when I do it that way.

So yeah the Auto Time Bank needs to be fixed. There's no worse feeling than folding pocket Aces pre flop in a Hyper Turbo Tournament. I'm shocked that I actually cashed in that tourney after that fiasco!!!!:mad:
