Is anyone else experiencing an issue with ACR/BCP running today?

I am trying to open ACR and it looks for updates and a window opens showing the poker client and saying it's configuring and does not open.

I have opened other poker rooms without issues but ACR and BCP will not open. I even tried to open after shutting down my anti-virus

Just want to check if this is an issue with ACR or an issue with my internet. I tried to open ACR on 2 different computers, not at the same time, and neither will work.

Could you please be so kind and try to log in again on both sites? Let me know if it worked.

For both tournaments, the satellites are posted on Saturdays. The Sunday Special PLO starts at 2:00 pm EST and the Sunday Special starts at 3:00 pm EST.

ACR does spread stud, stud hi/lo, omaha, and omaha hi/lo. However, the stud games are only offered in the Windows client. You can't play them in the Mac client.

Jackpot games freezing sporadically over a few days

Has anyone else playing the Jackpot games .69c, $6.90 or $69 had an issue with the game freezing?

This has happened 3 days over the past few for me. Since they were only .69 cent games I didn't worry about it reached out to support and they just told me its not on their end. Which is fine, but I find it hard to believe I am the only person this is happening to. Since December I have never had any other ACR game crash on me at all.

I sent an email to support asking what else I can look at on my system. I do not run a HUD during these games. Waiting to hear back I just sent it through their automated system, so it could be a while before I hear back.

It's a shame cause the games are a lot of fun and fast paced. But I was just up more than double in heads up and lost because I could not get back into the jackpot section. Prize pool was only $2.76 but it might as well be $0

I have uninstalled and re-installed ACR after it happened the first time.

Had to kill ACR pokerclient PROCESS relaunch login to ACR but never got back to the jackpots section as it just hung on me. Since the normal games work without incident I figure its a plugin within the game that is not working properly maybe flash/java or some other scripting program.

If I get anywhere with support I will create a new thread but I am unlikely to play again even to test it since I have lost 3 games this way so far.

And of course now that the game is over I can get back into the jackpot section. I did nothing different other than kill the pokerclient process and relaunch it. Again mostly curious if anyone else has experienced this.
