I somehow managed to download your software through getright since it gets broken down so much while downloading. Such a sketchy feeling already.

I don't know when I registered for ACR account. May be when you guys started very early when i came to know from hogwildpoker forums.

I still have that account when I logged in, my details are not filled properly - like my address and stuff. But I have real money in my account.

Also my birthdate is wrong. Couldn't change it.

Could you please be so kind and let me know what type of OS are you using? Is it Mac or Windows? Also if you could remember your nickname would be great so I can check it in our database with the CS. (Send me your nickname by private message).

Can you tell me the turn around time for deposits made by moneygram. When I first used moneygram it took only 4 hours before the deposit was placed in my account. Now I'm going on 48 hours and I find out the money hasn't been picked up yet.

I play either site, and because we have a BCP CC game today, I logged in to BCP first and wanted to play the $200 guaranteed PLO8 game that starts at 12:00 EST. It does not show up at BCP ! Thinking it might be a time issue, and was canceled because not enough players were registered by start time..seems that happens often, I log out of BCP and into ACR and the game shows there.

I was working under the assumption that either site was a doorway into the combined player pool. And this makes me wonder.

And FWIW, could you put in my suggestion to move the start time for that game back an hour? Like I mentioned, I have seen that game fail to start because there weren't enough players, but every time it does start, it covers the guarantee. It is a R&A.

DJ I had a simalur problem at one time and what I found was the problem was that I had filters turned on one of Skins!!!!

Money Gram / Western Union normally takes 1 hour up to 8 hours or more depending on the volume of deposits and the office location. Please be so kind and confirm me your nickname by private message so I can check this with the department in charge.

Today it showed up at BCP, without altering any filters. It is unlikely I changed the filters yesterday as once I got ACR up yesterday, i kept it up the rest of the day.

For now this will remain a mystery.

Both satellites for "The Cage" are on Sunday night which sucks if you have to work that night. It would be nice if both of them weren't on the same night or if their were more than just 2 weekly satellites for The Cage.

Hi! Yes they do have satellites, all tournaments that have a buy-in over $25-$30 have satellites.

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with ACR/BCP running today?

I am trying to open ACR and it looks for updates and a window opens showing the poker client and saying it's configuring and does not open.

I have opened other poker rooms without issues but ACR and BCP will not open. I even tried to open after shutting down my anti-virus

Just want to check if this is an issue with ACR or an issue with my internet. I tried to open ACR on 2 different computers, not at the same time, and neither will work.
