no...i REALLY dont see rua beating jones. i just think jones has the full package (almost). if his stand up was super crisp like rashad or bader..hell even rua...omg what a freak. but i just think he's too nasty.

granted ive honestly only seen maybe ...3 Rua fights my entire life....ive been following the UFC obsessively the past 3 years or so and just never get to see Rua that much.

i noticed this just about everywhere as well. i'd like to see another rematch of this for sure. i think it sounds like it's definately gonna happen.

Not all that easily.. Rampage just wasn't doing anything. In the 3rd round, Rampage's corner told him he needed to do something or else he was going to lose and he went at it and came real close to TKO'ing Rashad.

If Rampage goes in there in the 1st and 2nd rounds what he did to Rashad in the 3rd round of their last meeting, then Rampage could take the fight by the end of the 2nd round. Rampage will learn from his mistakes and work on what he did wrong.

On the other hand, Rashad is also very smart and will improve on the things that he did wrong. He is quicker and may have more stamina than Rampage.. but Rampage can still go all day as well, and he has superior strength.

Rampage needs to utilize octagon control and be more aggressive with Rashad, and he could take their 2nd fight.http://www.google.com

I'm sure he wanted to. Just decided to bask in Rashads ambiance instead. I think everytime he thought about swinging on Rashad, he realized nothing would land because he was so quick...looked like dam Frankie Edgar.

Favorite thing about this fight was it shut up all the Rashad haters and Rampage lovers....now they get to speak again...sigh lol

They haven't announced anything yet just out of the 15 people testing at that event 14 passed and they are studying the other one and Silva's name isn't on it so I would say he could be out for a while waiting to sort it out and that could lead to Rashad v Rampage don't know if he failed yet but Silva is always huge so I guess we'll see

There are a lot of MMA fans who are just complete morons. And some who will claim every fighter is on steroids, lol.


My thoughts on Rashad:

I've never been a huge fan of his, and was hoping the good ol' Kansas boy, Brad Imes (he since moved to Iowa) would beat him in TUF 2. But, I respect him as a fighter, and he looked real good against Chuck Liddell (whether Chuck was going downhill at that time or not.. doesn't matter, Rashad looked good!).. With that being said, I really want to see a Rampage vs. Rashad 2. I've been a big fan of Rampage's for a long time, and I think #2 will be a better fight than the 1st one, for the both of them.
