Had exactly the same problem here, also Full Tilt which also had it's own upgrade software works exactly how it's supposed to.

Having problems with FTP and pokerstars with my HUD working on PT4. I kind of guessed there might of been an issue given it's a new client being downloaded, or is it just my end or are you guys working on an update soon?

Also just been knocked out of the fr, no hud at all during the game, click back onto the table and the hud is there??

Go into hand histories. create a new folder to save hands, and set PT4 to direct to the new folder, you will have a new HUD to use, but non of your old stats...

nah i cant get it man...i did the quick transfer from stars.com to stars uk via the client then checked 'hand history options' on stars and it was the old one...so uninstalled stars all together and re downloaded it and it seemed to work as it said stars uk in hand histories...but i dont know what im doing on the tracker side of things with importing..ive tried to find stars uk on my comp but even when i thought i found it, it still doesnt work...all the programmes are mixed up on my comp and i dont know what anything is..or how to make new folders or how to find them and how to line them up....i could never get the HUD to work on full tilt so ive got no chance with this...
there goes the grinding out the window, the price paid for being computer illiterate...

Pokertracker 4 not working with 888
Hi guys, just got started on 888 today, can't get my poker tracker 4 hud to work on there at all, have moved the hand history folder and am using poker tracker to detect the correct folder, but no hud.
Had a similar issue playing a tourney earlier on 888, after turning my MAC (running OS X Yosemite) it shows those tourney results, but I want a cash HUD!
Any ideas?

Having some trouble with the most recent update.
1) It's telling me that pokerstars isn't set to automatically save HH's even though it is.
2) While I can get the hud to operate on 6max cash game tables all of the stats are both incorrect and oop, even when I switch them to their proper position it still fails.
3) the hands are being imported into the program but the stats aren't auto updating as I play.
4) cannot get zoom hud to operate at all since the program is telling me that I'm missing files.
5) regular tournament tables are working fine.

PokerStars.uk is a brand new client, the hand history folder has changed location. You must re-configure PokerStars.uk, and then download and install PokerTracker 4.12 before you reconfigure PokerTracker 4 to match your settings in PokerStars.UK.

All we can share is that all of the users who have claimed problems with PokerStars.uk have eventually ben determined that they misconfigured either PokerTracker 4 of PokerStars. If you follow the guide we posted word for word, it will work, be patient while following each step of the instructions - you will be rewarded with the knowledge that you will have no problems using PokerStars.uk with PokerTracker 4 once you have figured out which step you missed.

I'm having problems.
My HUD is working although it no longer shows my session stats. However, the hands aren't being uploaded into my database. I am clueless about this sort of thing so I could really do with some help.

These two posts were right above yours.
PokerStars.UK is a brand new poker client, you must configure this new client to get it to work with PokerTracker 4. It uses different folders from PokerStars.com.

Sounds like you're looking for Fold to PF 3Bet After Steal, this is a default stat in our HUD designs and built into PokerTracker 4.
