I managed to do most of that before posting. Like I said the software is neat, and I find it extremely easy to navigate.

I had my setup looking like this:




I'm assuming there is no way to disable the overview section, or at least the "My C Won" statistic.

However thanks to the super slick software I think I've found a remedy.



This seems to be the easiest way, to simply change the report (I wasn't aware of the function when I made my last post) from overview to summary and then simply delete the unwanted stats. One slight error I get now is that when I try to remove the "Game Currency Won" stat which appears just as "Won" in the summary report, I get a message saying that if I delete it the report may not function correctly. I'll go ahead and delete it anyway but are you aware what issues may arise and how to fix them?

Correct, the Overview is not editable. Those stats are needed to allow the report grouping to function.

It is safe to delete, the warning message is because the report is grouped using win rates, so the sorting will be modified. No real damage, you are safe.

Some people on this forum would consider that to be a "feature" ;-)

All joking aside, Lock is a skin on the Revolution Poker network, this network has not released any significant changes in quite some time, and there are no known issues with auto-import on the Revolution network, we just checked it and its working fine even before you play the first hand. This leads us to believe there is likely a basic user error which is causing the issue.

Please review the Revolution Poker guide, follow the instructions there to make sure that your directly is set correctly. As a reminder, we cannot support the Mac version of Lock Poker, we only support the Windows client on this network.

To verify that import is taking place, click the Play Poker button and select Import Status to view the import logs as they are taking place.

We need to know more information than this, at a minimum we need to know what tables and games your playing at. Are you using the latest version of PokerTracker 4? If not, then please download 4.08.1 today - it includes many FTP fixes. PT4 graph for Cash is now showing 2 of every number for net amount. Like -2 -2 -1 -1 0 1 1 2 2 all the way up the side of the graph. So in other words, it showed I was -3 and change down for the night, but really it was -2.65 because -3 showed up around the -2.50 mark

This is a known side effect of the graphing tools we use, this only occurs when you have a limited range of winnings with few dynamic peaks. As you play more (or bigger), this will no longer occur. This is a necessary side effect to make sure the dynamic range is properly displayed while zooming.

In the future please start by telling us what site your playing on, which tables, and what game you are playing at a minimum. but looks like that, the PT4 will automatically reset the default HUD profile and add the deleted one automatically to all the PT4 profile.

After you delete the HUD profile, be sure to click Apply. If you do not apply or OK, the deleted HUD profile will remain once the window is closed.

Of course!

PS: You should have upgraded a long time ago, we no longer actively support PT3, we only patch bugs once a month. This means as new changes are rolled out at the sites, PT3 will be left behind. Good for you!
