im nobody but i dont think it will be too awful long b4 we all are playing at stars and tilt again LEGALLY....again i am nobody but its just my opinion....theres way too much money for the government to get a piece of and i think them shutting down the sites was just their way of figuring out just how much money they can make from legalizing and regulating online poker
You are somebody, but give us another reason to think this through.
I would rather play Stars or Tilt that any other site I know of. Mostly because the ergonomic interface at both was the best. Cereus had a fine software as well. All others pale in comparison.
But now that these Companies have been indicted, they have a serious stain on their reputation from a legal standpoint, and come time for a license, they will have serious problems. Their only way out will be to be exonerated and that will only happen after a very very lengthy legal process OR Congressional action. Neither will happen fast.
For historical comparisons, perhaps some European players can tell us what happened with
party poker, once the King of the Hill, they suffered a serious financial downturn when they suffered the first attack by the DoJ 5 years ago. They still exist, and may be doing great. For the most part we Americannots don't know.
