Good afternoon, tell me, can you help me sort out my case?I received a ban for 6 months, the reason I was told ludomania, although I am not a ludomaniac and I do not need psychological help.I made a cashout, then turned to saport to cancel the cashout, which is standard in other poker rooms at the touch of a button.Then I was given another check, then another, deferred payment for more than 10 days, and nothing was explained about what caused the routine verification of my identity.I lost my patience and demanded either a refund to the account, or make a cash withdrawal.As a result, the account was banned for 6 months, as a result of which I lost the opportunity to play live series offline.The management of the hall did not comment on this situation as I did,but simply did not understand it to the end, they deprived me of the game.I came to play .If I hadn't applied to saport to cancel the cache, then there would have been no check, since the account was checked and there were previously caches.From now on, I will no longer communicate with the saport of the poker game, so I think, that this misunderstanding is unacceptable.I have no problem with more than one poker room.I was banned for an indefinite period and was told to apply after 6 months.Is it possible to do something before this deadline and in general, after the ban of 6 months, I will be unban account?my username is BableGam

I won some money 2 days ago and had some issues to withdrawal it. Had to make a deposit with my Ecopayz accont, minimum $25, validate my accont by sending screenshot of my personal data on Eco account, and play $25 before perform the cash out.

I lost some money, but after 2 days I had it all back and concluded my cash out.

But it was a bad experience.

The customer service teams are in place to deal with such
The team manage transactions such as financial, responsible gaming etc and if they have implemented a ban, it will remain for the period - please note your account is closed indefinitely
Having reviewed the account, the decision will not be reversed


If you do not wish to communicate with our support teams, there is very little I can do to assist - they are by far best placed to deal with such account issues

Tickets from giveaways are only added to real play accounts
This, as you say, requires a deposit
If you do not deposit funds, the ticket will not be added / expire

I know it wasn't you Colette. I should've been more clear in my comment.

My comment was in regards to that link the person above had posted. I had written that it was ridiculous as it was merely a 'TEST' account and the games it'd played in were tests.
In their linked post they go on to make a bunch of unfounded comments that are inaccurate, false assumptions. I sent admin. a note informing them of this.... but then come back & see the post & LINK is still there.... but my post disproving it (with evidence) has been removed, LOL.

Personally I think Partypoker is an excellent site and definitely going in the right direction. (up!).

Unfortunately, for the past few days I can't get into the Promotions tab unless it's when I first log in and now tonight I closed the site and then tried logging in again but haven't been able to ever since??? I was mostly wondering if this is happening to others as well.

I'm not sure what the problem was, but an hour or so later & it was back to working as usual.

Seems fine now. And you know the comforting thing is.... If it wasn't fine and I was still experiencing problems, I have FULL CONFIDENCE in Partypoker that I would receive some help and things would be back to normal asap. I can't say I feel this way about the other sites these days.

I know you can download your hand history for holdem through the my game thingy.

Can you also download the HH for omaha the same way.

It's just I am pretty sure I read somewhere that you can't if you play plo.

I had some log-in issues a few days back. I was mildly annoyed (I love to play poker after a shitty day at work) but if that’s my biggest complaint, call it First World Problems.

And to be consistent with my First World problems.....I’m always amused by those who wish to bury Party each time something crazy happens.....as if Party somehow benefits from this craziness and they’re just doing it to stir your cookies. And then they compound their hilarity by saying which bush league site the prefer.

Party has corrected (the two times I actually lost something) the instances when I’ve been wronged.

Not “I won a ticket and waited 6 months to use it. Why did it disappear?” Not “why can’t I withdraw my 3 dollars from freerolls without a depo?”

That’s why I stick to the legit sites. The ones we all know. Stars. Party. Occasionally 888. Stick to the legit sites and you’ll never get screwed over.

Fine. Then tell me how wrong I am. Better have proof to back up your bullshit story. Plenty of THOSE on this forum with zero proof, just a penny grinder with an axe to sharpen

They offer promotions like depositor free roles for depositors in the USA in Canada. .. so after I never recived yet another one . 2 now ,I contacted there garbage support.. first one says it doesn't exist.. second clown days its not for American players . Good im a canadain ,now gove me my tickets I said ... he days where you get that info .. I said right off your f#ck#n site.. n nothing. Go talk to an email rep now because im absolutely useless and you've caught us in the lie and I not smart enough to talk my way outta it . About 2 weeks ago I was kicked outta spin and goes because of there errors . There f#ck#n Server crashing .. took 2 days to get that money back and 6 arguments online reps and 3 emails .. pieces of sh*t refunded my buy in. Not even the price pot and I was in the lead.. didnt even say we apologize and here something.. just garbage service with garbage tables ,with garbage bad beats ,garbage cashback , and garbage info on the tourney platforms .. bunch of clowns

We do not offer our .com poker to US players - we have partypoker.NJ for players in New Jersey currently
