i used to really enjoy playing party poker. but because im from the isle of man they wont let me play anymore. Dont understand why, does it cost them money to have people from here play?

A ticket will show under Inactive if there are no valid events in the lobby - once the event shows in the lobby, the ticket moves back to active
We removed many locations due to Entains new policy to only operate in fully licensed, poker markets going forward Unfortunately the IOM does not meet regulatory requirements Sorry

Hi Partypoker, I have a question. When is the App returning for German Players? I currently have to use a Remote Control Software on my PC with my Phone. I mean it works but the native app was way better. I know changes need to be done but this is taken a few months now since the new regulation. Any ETA as of now?

Which leaderboard? There are various leaderboards
Check the webpage under Promotions for all info
Any home games or restricted events will have info in the lobby explaining how to join, most are restricted for affiliate members and you need to contact them directly
Check the i icon on the right in the lobby, it shows all information regarding passwords etc

Ive played party poker for a couple of mnonths almost a year... and I really enjoyed the daily legends freerolls... anyways...
Ive played like 3 tournaments ,,, lost all of them.. 2 from 1 level and 1 from level 2...rhe surprise was that I didnt even win any ticker for "promotiions" tournaments that are going on...
you are going tosay that is a matter of luck....but as I red 59% chances to get a ticker for a daily legends tournament... and i didnt evne get 1
I Had more chances to win a good prize by spending less... that was a reason why i enjoyed partypoker now not so much :C i can never get any rakeback getting points is extremly hard..

A couple of days ago I won a ticket terminator and made a profit of $ 5.65 just from that tournament.
In the meantime I won a £ 5 casino bonus, which I bet on a single roulette bet at number 8 and lost it at number 13.
Well bonus ended, right? there was no more bonus balance.
Well with my balance I kept playing poker and won another $ 11 (even because you guys know that if it was a casino bonus I couldn't play poker)
After winning the $ 11 I went to the roulette with my balance, "not a bonus" and played the roulette and won $ 28.
Now they want to restrict part of my balance as if it were a bonus. Because the bonus was over, I played with my balance, and you want to convert it into a bonus?

So I just posted what I didnt know if it was cummmon that evendough haivng a 59 % of getting a ticket you aere not gonna get it at the end... thats all you donty have to bring your sarcasm.. thats just helples.. if you wanted ot "help" a,... thats very cummon buddy would be perfect... and I would def understand.

As they have stated, they have received the issue and explained the bonus requirements as per the email sent with the info
