There is no "fraud" as you claim - if you had read the bonus info the wagering requirements and restrictions are made very clear

Where on this screen, is the bonus info clearly displayed? Although your answer sounds appropriate, that's all it is doing, is sounding like something.

It's clearly a casino bonus - if the bonus offer was received via email - details and links will be in the email

Also the bonus was auto-filled in, I didn't enter any code, I just click on cashier, and it says, "deposit $100, get $100", with the code already filled in.

I never would of deposited $100 if you didn't run a angle shoot like this, so anyways I ended up depositing $100, under the false pretense that I would get $100.

This is a scam. Nowhere were the terms listed. If they were, where are they? Tell us lol.

Also you just linked a random web page, that's not a ToS, or a legal document. Where is this on the actual ToS, and how can someone find it. Because apparently, in your words, this is all very clearly visable, but for some reason you can't find lmao.

Okay, well thank you for messaging me back, at least you have validated my complaint, and made my arguments stronger, as even you cannot locate the ToS I was supposed to see, or tell me where the terms were listed. Also the ToS's are found now found on, "webpages".

Your response will be also sent to the ADR along with the UK Gaming Commission, as proof that you have hidden the terms in "webpages", you are not even able to locate as they are very well hidden,

The terms were obviously not clearly displayed as you initially said, also confirming, that you are unfortunately a liar.

I will also be calling the police in the UK and sending this as evidence if required, as you are clearly collecting money under false pretenses.

I love partypoker!
More fair game for not allowing the use of HUDs ,a lot of promotions, some great freerolls open to all with a reasonable amount of players for the payouts and awesome freerolls for Brazilians every saturday with twitch interaction!
The only thing that could be better is the software by itself (who for me is the 2nd best poker software). I mean, it could be more modern and faster

played a bit with the partypoker App and i have to say that this has to be one of the worst Apps i ever played on.

tables not switching when its your turn, you have to switch on your own. not possible to adjust bet sizes, there are only 33 and 66 percent next to pot or minbet. way too little settings overall. strange button arrangement when its your turn.

Hi Colette. Downloaded PP, verified account, deposited money, and 2 minutes later the account had been blocked. It gave me a toll number to phone which does not work. No numbers on the site. With a lot of searching found a form which I sent off, but maybe you might be quicker? So far, pretty underwhelmed...

There is possibly an issue with an another brand account which could cause problems

Not going to bother asking anymore. I guess it will remain as unfair as it is. I just hope more people will realize the hypocrisy in partypoker's image as a fair playing field.

Wondered if anyone could help me....

I have tried to update/download the newest software from Party, yet everytime I try, it fails.

previously, it would not even download, now it downloads and then hangs at 69%.

I am stymied as to why this happens. Any help would be appreciated from the community.

(yes, I am using a Windows 10 operating system, everything up to date.)
