Wondered if anyone could help me....

I have tried to update/download the newest software from Party, yet everytime I try, it fails.

previously, it would not even download, now it downloads and then hangs at 69%.

I am stymied as to why this happens. Any help would be appreciated from the community.

(yes, I am using a Windows 10 operating system, everything up to date.)

Where are you playing from?
I would suggest you complete a full clean, removal of the software you are attempting to download, clear cache etc and try a new installation
If it again fails, please send an email to the customer service teams with your details, operating system etc and they can review and advise - info@partypoker.com

Hi so i have tried to login and sign up at partypoker but my old account is blocked and dont wanna violate anymore rules of your poker room but i dont know why it is blocked and would like to start to play on your App could you please get back to me if i can play at your room and if so can i create a new account or will you change details of my old account to new details. i think my old now inaccessible email address is elactix@gmail.com but not sure and username i think is elactix. I didn't play much poker today at all (I meant to but it just didn't happen).
But got a few mins so I went on FF tables, picked up 2pts. and grabbed my 2 cards.

And........

I won another $20, lol. I'm thinking I should've done the 5pts. every single day now.

Just a comment re: WPT tournament lobby.
It is fairly convoluted to say the least. I go to search for what tourneys are playing 'today' and it isn't clear what is today, or what is just a day 1 with a day 2 commencing sometime in the future? And there's other tournaments that aren't specifically numbered but it seems they too have more than one starting day (or do they? some do.. some don't?).
I had plans to play some and then realized this and without knowing if I'll even be home for a day2 (if there IS a day 2?) I can't commit to playing it.
One thing I will give pokerstars over Partypoker, their tournament lobby(s) are laid out much clearer & simpler.

WPT500 ticket issue

Hi All,


I won WPT500 ticket and the ticket and I didn’t seen it was valid only for 18hrs and when I try to register 20hrs after the ticket was l won wasn’t available on my account anymore.
I know it’s my fault but I still can’t get my head around how ticket can be valid less than 24hrs?
What you guys think about that because?

My user name is “TheOnly1” and I won the ticket around midnight and I was automatically registered to next tournament but I had to unregistered because I was at work during that time. The WPT500 day 1 tournament is every day until Monday so I was sure I could play another day.

Is it possible ask for the different stats on an account?
I'd like to be able to follow my progress on the different limits, and if more stats are available, those as well, but I don't know if its possible!

The ticket indeed expired as it was for a specific feeder, which as you said, you unregistered - therefore it expired when the event complete

Update: Apparently MyGame Does not work for danish users.
Is there another way for me to get stats? I would just like to know what my profits are on different stakes, and how many hands I've been playing etc.

Tried to make a withdraw today,,,never had any problems for well over 10 years playing there,,,support was rude and unhelpful for whatever reason which i felt was totally undeserved as i was courteous and friendly,,,, to say i'am disappointed is an understatement. Party has been my favorite pokersites for over 10+ years and ive been 1 of their most vocal backers,,,, but i can't anymore. :dontknow:

so Partypoker has decided to make withdrawls more difficult,so players won't make the transaction is a business ploy implemented to discourage players from making the transaction,,,i get it,i'm a businessman too,but i would never use such tactics,because i know it would upset my people and i would never intentionally do that to my Valued customers,,, Shame on you PartyPoker,,,,
