Have you contacted the customer service teams and asked them to look into your issue?
You say you have played daily, however, I see mostly freerolls
I need more details - you say $5 was missing - however, I see a sports bet and funds withdrew which were linked to a bonus due to lack of game play
Perhaps if you contact the teams via live chat they can explain in more details
Dates/ timings would really help - your statement is vague
There is no removal of funds without valid reason

The filters have a month and three months, I select a month, information for 7 days is displayed, and even then 100 last hands.

Question regarding the McLaren Draw.

I see there are 2 of them listed now for Wed.17th, 15:00(ET)

How are the multiple tickets/entries being addressed for this? (I assumed if I had 'x' number of tickets, I would have that many entries in that game).

I have 14 tickets now and I have also entered into both of the ones listed in the lobby (there's also conflicting information in the Tourney Lobby... there's a description saying tables will be 7-man, late reg. til' level 8, etc. etc. but then on the info. button it says it's a 'dummy tourney'... where you don't actually play the tourney (I assume it runs in an allin every hand format).

Any extra info. you might have for us is appreciated. thanks. (fwiw, I run better in these 'allin' tourneys vs. normal ones, having won a Trip to wsop in Vegas and $1,500 entry to the MonsterStack event back in 2015)

The McLaren Draw tournaments were "dummy" tourneys as per the info found using the i icon in the game lobby and on the webpage
Once a player registered they are logged and entered into a draw, this was to allow players to utilise the tickets - however, rest assured ALL players will relevant tickets are also on a collated list pulled via the back end for the prize draw
A player having multiple tickets receive multiple draw entries - the more entries, the better chance of winning
The tournament was not a real play game and there was no "event" as such it was simply a method to collate players names
The prize draw will be done internally by end of week and winners announced on the webpage and contacted via our customer service teams

I was registered for the tournament at 17:05, this tournament was deleted and another tournament was created at 16:00. At the same time, my registration was moved to this tournament. Well, they didn't tell me anything about it. The tournament was held without my participation.
I contacted support, at first they denied everything, but then they confessed and said that it was within the rules, referring to the rules.
Clause 6 of the cancellation policy

It sounds like you played a feeder, which likely due to a configuration issue was moved by an hour or so - and players then registered in the new event
This is indeed covered via the T&Cs as CS correctly pointed out
You don't share a username so I really can't offer any further info without exact details
