When (& Why?) did partypoker change the table sizing? Typically most sites have tables of 4:3 aspect ratio (ie. so 12 tables will fill a screen with no gaps or blank space). Most sites have tables the same as this.
I haven't played MTT's on Partypoker for awhile, but today when I had PP open I could see the tables aren't the same size these days. Why would they change the sizing of the aspect ratio? (it makes it more difficult to play alongside other sites & it also makes it more difficult to optimally use one's computer monitor/screen when playing online poker)

I've been experiencing a bit of a glitch while playing FastForward tables.

It seems when I go to click on 2.5x raise preflop, some of the time my bet slider jumps it up to 57bb's. This hasn't just happened once or twice, I'd say it is closer to 15 or 20x now.

Fortunately most of the time everyone has folded (although many times they've ran down their timers probably thinking "wtf was that? WTF IS that?").
Tonight... well I wasn't so fortunate as I ended up being priced in vs. AA for over 100bb's (with ATs).

Have you heard of this happening to other players?

Are you playing ULTRA events?

FastForward Cash tables

It has happened to me 5x in the past 8days. I believe it's just how the bet buttons are located. Sometimes when I click on my bet button '2.5x', it puts out a bet as if I'd used my bet slider to bet. (typically the misclick bets are equal to ~55 to 60bb's). I've NEVER had this problem before & don't have it on any of the other sites either (although 888's set up is positioned poorly). I feel like I am being very accurate with my mouse cursor positioning when I go to click on the bet button. Maybe the area that can be clicked on to activate the bet slider bar is wider now than it as before? Basically it's causing me to 2nd guess my bets & slows thing up a tad.

Today it worked out well for me (not always the case).. when I went to open for 2.5bb's... I opened for 85bb's. Villain paused... & ran down their timer (I can only imagine what they were thinking.... probably something along the lines of "WTF are they thinking? Are they thinking? ... Are they even thinking at all??"). It got them to gii with TT for 100bb's :)


Another thing I've been noticing ever since the beginning of the Coin Flip promos. It states you need to earn 3pts. at FF tables, 10nl & above (< I believe this is what it is).
Very often it does not reward me with the flip at 3pts. (or at 3.x ... today 3.61 and no flip). Some days I've had to get 5pts. or 6 pts. before I'd get that 2nd flip. Do you know is this happening for others? (it's not a big deal... it's just that if I only have a few minutes to play, & figure "Hey... I'll play for the 3pts." You kind of expect to earn that 2nd flip for it instead of needing to continue playing.. wondering when you'll actually get it)

pretty sure it was 3.61 pts. for Jan. 19 (before the cutoff time 00:00 CET). I just checked the site again and now I've gotten another 'FREE' flip, but didn't get my 3pt. flip for the 19th. (so I guess I'll play another 3pts.+ now to see when I get it).

I haven't won anything more than a dollar or two in these last promos.. unlike the one previously where I was just killing it. For myself, winning the Casino Spins is worse than just getting nothing. I understand why they have these in as a prize though. Personally I would MUCH prefer winning a $1 or $2 free Sports Bet (I'm sure I am not alone on this). fwiw, Stars has a FreeBet thing going these days (I'm not even sure what the requirement for it is... but do know I seem to win 2 or 3 of them each time I play on there).

Hi PokerOrifice,

I spoke with the promotional teams, they can not replicate the delay issue when receiving the 2nd flip though will look into it - as I said above, we have no reports of similar.

We can not find any missing rewards, on the 19th you indeed received the first flip and it showed as a " no-win" result, the 2nd, unfortunately, shows the same though our records do show as awarded.
I have in this instance awarded a small goodwill gesture of T$ 10 for the inconvenience and mostly for taking the time to share the feedback.

The tech issue regarding bet options is with the tech teams for review

Just starting to play party poker today. I am a bit disapointed by the fact I cant use my hud I feel naked but I guess its the same for everyone.
I read over the internet that you can get your HH by e-mail. I revise all my game and will like to know if I should opt in or something to get those

Hello, Colette Stewart! I read that due to the termination of party poker in Russia, all tickets, $T and $PPL will be transferred to a real balance and they can be withdrawn. It's true?

Now the fun part (for you but not for me), I asked them to check my gaming session:
"To verify your case, please provide the numbers of the sessions where these difficulties occurred. Session numbers can be found through Settings (menu with three bars) - Journal."
I had questions - "where? what?" Also, the support service should help the client and not troll him, everyone with whom I corresponded from the support service correctly addressed me, except for Georgy, who could see it was funny at work and he decided to distort my name every time - which is very annoying.

"We are very sorry, but we should not send all the game numbers in this slot. We ask you to clarify what amount of the bonus was not credited to you and the number of the game for further resolution of your issue." and one angry comment: "How can I know which one? I didn’t sit and write down game numbers and I didn’t know when I playing in your casino must do it, I just wanted to relax and enjoy the game, and not always restart and worry about something, you as a company should have worried and show at least some loyalty now, and not kick me with the words "what kind of game", either you turn on the desire to help me and we work together, or I'm looking for help on gaming forums and from licensers in resolving the issue and recovering my funds. I want to check all spins and get my money back with compensation."

I got at least some answers, but a recreational player like me does not need to wait for help in this company: "We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you sent us more than 100 scroll numbers. Tell me, did you expect a bonus on all of them? If not, please send us the specific scroll number when you think it should have happened and the scroll time too. Thanks in advance." In the same message: "Additionally, please clarify, does this happen every time you win the bonus round? If yes, please send us a short video of what is happening. Please note that if the video is more than 10 mb, you must first upload it to any free video hosting (for example, radikal.ru) and then send us a link for viewing."
who will be the sponsor? - you, because it was you who lost, and prove to us that you lost unfairly
I wrote all this so that everyone would think whether it is worth playing here. And so that I have a better chance of being compensated. I played 280 rounds, 0.4 dollars each, 280*0.4*100 (the cost of the purchased bonus is 100 x) and I think this will be a reasonable compensation.

I have. a question and need help:

I recently got partypoker to work again [stupid anti-virus program], and since I cannot remember my password, i tried pass recovery. No go. It is stuck in a "prove you're not a robot code loop".
I enter code, and no response.

Help?!

I contacted support. I was confirmed that the conversion should take place. But it hasn't happened in over a week. Support each time reports that this is about to happen, but nothing happens. And time goes by, and soon the withdrawal of funds will not be possible at all. Please help in resolving the issue.

They can review and advise

This forum offers poker support, I understand you played via partypoker Casino however, my knowledge is our poker offerings and software -not casino games

If you so wish to contact an independent auditor, all details can be found on our webpages -and contrary to what you post, if this is the route you so choose, I would suggest further info and details are not shared via a public forum

I don't understand fully the issue, however the team are correct when asking for specific game details - spins each provide a unique game transaction which is what the team are requesting to review in full - sending all game IDs will not help resolve
Your compensation calculation requests a refund of $11,000? This seems greatly over calculated and would certainly be one for management and not an issue I can assist with

Unfortunately, the issue has not yet been resolved.
I was informed that my $PPL will not be converted, only the expiration date is extended until June 2022.
I used them to buy tickets for an ongoing online series. $PPL deducted, tickets not received. I was hoping the tickets would be converted.
Now I have completely closed access to the cashier.

I have repeatedly contacted the support of partypoker and partypokerLIVE. My last call was over a week ago and still no response. They are constantly looking for reasons to refuse me. I have $PPL in my account. My conversion is denied. Also, I am not given the opportunity to use this money.
