Trouble at a poker party again.

Directly in the tournament, after the break, the connection with the server was lost. I closed the client and try to log in again. No result.
And such problems arise more and more often.

There were issues outwith our control last night All events were cancelled and refunds will be completed in full within 48 hours

I had been waiting to use a $55 ticket I'd actually won in one of those Fb Can. PP group games (only played it twice ?). Hadn't been able to use it then was reg'd this Sunday just before the ticket expired.

I missed the first hour of the tournament but then quadrupled up in a huge pot.

Not sure where I was sitting in the field when the the software fk'd up but today I received a refund of $119.00 which I was pretty happy about. I was impressed with how fast the money was shipped out as I imagine that would be a lot of work for support.

Not really liking the new appearance of the tables today
I'm finding it to be confusing. ie. when I set my options on a cash table (ie. auto rebuy to max.) it doesn't seem to stay activated and requires me to do it to each table every time (previously I could click on the option ONCE and then on all subsequent tables it would automatically be the same).

The little emoji icon & rocket ship are distracting (previous setup for that was much better imo). The preset betting buttons (ie. 32% pot, 55% pot, 70% pot, etc. < or what have you) are a bit blurry and not set up as well as the previous ones.

number of players on the tables is also wayyyy down this evening & I thought the promo on 10nl & up FastForward tables was still runnign for another day... .& yet there's nobody on the tables. This time of day there's typically 60+ players right now there's less than 20 (hmm... typically I feel comfortable playing at least 4 tables & tonight I'm struggling while playing 2

It sounds like you played a feeder, which likely due to a configuration issue was moved by an hour or so - and players then registered in the new event
This is indeed covered via the T&Cs as CS correctly pointed out

I think this is wrong. I went to the satellite at about 1 am local time. The tournament was supposed to start at 17-05 local time, I logged in half an hour before the start, and the tournament has already passed.

I have credited the $7.50 and a goodwill gesture of $10
We do reserve the right to move events. tournaments if needed however, in this instance I understand you missed out due to the lack of communication

the lack of love for the new software was mostly due to unfamiliarity with it. Things going much smoother for me now, tks.

One thing with player notes, it's a big improvement.... 'but' it'd be great if when pulling up a player's player note window while viewing a hand in the Replayer, if you could slide it to wherever you'd like instead of having it stuck in the middle of the table, obscuring the view of the cards. (this is for FastForward tables when wanting to put a note on a player)

The offer was a promotional boost for certain players, I don't have exact numbers
Targets and dates for completion were player specific - for most its running until Jan 5th

Hello, I don't understand why partypoker decided to exclude playing from Morocco.
When I log in I see this message :
partypoker has stopped operating in your country. As such, you can no longer deposit or play, but you can still withdraw funds from the cashier.

A business decision from ENTAIN
The withdrawal option will be to allow players to reclaim all balances before full closure

I just want to express my positive experience with being part of the Millions Online freeroll and also the various satellites in the past 1/2 weeks - on two ocassions i have been able to freeroll my way up to tickets at $55 and $109 and narrowly missed out on a $530 ticket yesterday - whilst i wish i had something to show for my efforts - it was really good to play at a decent level and to have the chance to spin up and use my poker skills to good use.
I will keep playing and fingers crossed i will get my goal of a cash over the xmas and new year period.

It seems when I go to click on 2.5x raise preflop, some of the time my bet slider jumps it up to 57bb's. This hasn't just happened once or twice, I'd say it is closer to 15 or 20x now.

Fortunately most of the time everyone has folded (although many times they've ran down their timers probably thinking "wtf was that? WTF IS that?").
Tonight... well I wasn't so fortunate as I ended up being priced in vs. AA for over 100bb's (with ATs).

Have you heard of this happening to other players?

Are you playing ULTRA events? There was an issue in early Dec however I was under the impression it had been resolved

Hi - I can find the account with that email, however, I am not quite sure what you need me to do? There are no blocks etc on the account
