I have repeatedly contacted the support of partypoker and partypokerLIVE. My last call was over a week ago and still no response. They are constantly looking for reasons to refuse me. I have $PPL in my account. My conversion is denied. Also, I am not given the opportunity to use this money.

Did you send an email to the CS teams via info@partypoker.com as advised?
PPL $ must be used for live events - these are not converted for Cash or T$
IF you send the username I will look at the account and perhaps fully understand the issue
