Anyone having problems with Party, i logged in no problems but can't register to any tournaments?

There were no issues I am aware of - I assume this resolved itself?

Fair play to you Colette for helping everybody as best you can on this thread I just have one request please any chance of a men weekly freeroll please as I find the ladies weekly special on Thursday 20.00 a bit sexist in an age of equality this is not acceptable thank you

I find the Ladies freeroll very acceptable - its a marketing tool used to reintroduce/introduce ladies to our online offering
The % of men to woman players is 15% to 85% approx and we use the ladies only games to encourage new members to sign up and try the games - a lot easier at a ladies only table than in the general games
If it helps us grow new members I see no issue with it at all

Your quote above states facts for well-known poker ladies
How many more can you name compared to well-known poker pros which are men?
Compare both lists and you will see a fair example of the stats found in both online and live games with a male vs female comparison

Again - if these games help bring new players to the game I am 100% behind them

Regarding the quality of play, I have played several Ladies only events and I can assure you - the standard was high and the table tough

Freerolls run regularly for various groups including multiple affiliate freerolls

I aim to try help answer your questions however the main aim of my forum presence is to gather valuable feedback from our players and also to keep you all informed first hand of whats going on.

I experience quite a few disconnects given that I don't have a land line for my net access. Adverse weather and cell network connectivity issues can at times plays havoc with my connection. The last update appears to have a really nifty solution to it. Now the tables reconnect and pop up automatically without having to manually search for my table in the tourney lobby or restarting client.

This is immensely helpful. Thanks and kudos for a wonderful job by the tech staff.

I have not played at party poker since many many years ago.. For the last few years I have only used America’s cardroom, so was wondering if anyone could tell me their opinion of Party Poker? Or if anyone has a poker site that they feel is just way above the rest? Thanks for any feedback.

I played my first cash games in Party Poker today. Went very well. Party Poker became now my favorite site. Running smoothly. With 888poker and Full Tilt I had software downloading problems, so I chose Party Poker to play with.

But there is some issue with Holdem Manager in Party Poker. Holdem manager doesn't show a username below a player, only "player 1, player 2 etc.". Is there any solution for this?
Also, I had sometimes some connection problems. It disconnects from the internet even my internet connection is running well. I never have connection problems with pokerstars. Can I adjust internet connection setting somehow in Party Poker?

This is due to player anonymity used by party. Can't do anything about it at the regular tables. + Your Hud history will be totally incorrect. (Not at the tables though)
I've been having those connection issues as well. There are some technical issues with the software

just deposited 50 Canadian to try out the site had been a while since i played here- thought things have improved guessed wrong i find that 888 site gives me many more freerolls and tourney tickets to play for 50 dollars deposit than party poker in the past party poker used to give way more play for depositing about 10 freerolls per deposit but not now only one freeroll--888, on the other hand, gives a freeroll every day and a ticket to another tourney every day that's about 20 on avg freerolls week of depositing 50 Canadian why the big difference between two equal site i guess i am missing something both sites are good just that 888 gives more bang for the buck I am retired on an affixed pension so i play to have fun no serious think I am good win money player- just an old guy playing till i lose the 50 then wait till next payday then deposit again --have fun would like to play this site but they don't give any reason to redeposit
many many people like me retired guys who like to play but need to get a better return than one freeroll per deposit

thanks for the update from someone who knows a question in these games--- you talk about are not to be found freerolls are very very min. and these ticket games you talk about i don't see at all to enroll in if you make so hard for a guy like me to just play till he runs out of rebuy money please just make the games freeroll games that you just enter when you are online in the site no sign-up-- qualifications --no extras to do just sign up and play
really you need someone who is on the lower end of the poker scale to help with your getting people to the site who will stay and repeat despoit because it is a good value of time and game play for them go find a an old guy who play everyday low low stakes because he has to due to his game skill and his income and get him to advise you what works or not I am sure there many guys in britain who fill this bill make the site more for the little guy and more will come along with the retired ladies who are eager to try but are not spendthrifts but want vale of play for thier money
thank you for your time off to play at 888 please look at their site on the way they keep low-level players coming back everyday like me and i will redeposit back on your site next time I run out of rebuy money at theirs
