Pathetic selection of games. :(

View attachment 371357
that's crazy it must be your country and have something to do with the casino.org partnership.
has it always been this bad? I have very many but I never played the SnGs. I have a large selection of tourneys just
not many with the ticket they give me that I want to play. I don't want to rub it in but here's mine o_O
(and have 4 times this many)
Replay SnGs
uncheck the hide empty button but seems like not many play there from your country? feel bad for you o_O
guess I better quit crying about mine.

replay has never had the tables pop up when it is game time or your turn and wondered if this will change?
one thing that did change or for me at least is that they no longer make a sound when it's game time,
these two together are tough to deal with.
my last question is do we plan on adding games to our short list of available games?

must say you are doing an excellent job with all these questions and problems

Hi @jaymfc,

If you're not getting notifications even if your game settings in Replay is updated (not having the Disabled Sound toggled on), please approve them in your browser for the new URL: https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/

You can click HERE for information on how to do so. For the available games, are you referring to games available in Replay lobbies or CardsChat Private leagues?

I hope that helps. :)

Hello @ReplayKristine
I had a weird experience with Replay in the CC monthly yesterday.
Look at this :
I was SB in that hand : https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/hand/replay/1193537224
And then here is my following hand (at a new table where I have been moved) : https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/hand/replay/1193537502
You can see that I am BB though I was SB just the hand before.
Yet one player at the new table was already with me at our previous table.
Why did I have to pay BB and then SB again at the new table ?
Hi @lauestla, I brought this up to our Poker Room Manager, and I will follow up with you as soon as I hear back.

Hi @Ogma,

Please uncheck Hide Empty. What I've noticed on the site (especially for SnG) is that if players are not seeing other players seated on the table, then they're not likely to play on that table. If you want more players to get on the tables you want, I suggest registering just so you're seated, even if no one else is there. If players see you seated there, they're most likely to join that table.

Hi Kristine. We've all been there before, waiting 20/30 minutes for a 9-seater table to fill up. People will go for the fastest/most convenient option.

Also, that box is checked for a reason. I hate clutter.

I will persevere with your advice but the number of 5K games available compared to the number of 5K tickets given as prizes is disproportionate.

Peak time in America and those are the only Sit & Go Tournaments you have available?

Not sure about this reason since u are unable to find the games u want without assistance. Games are there as usual and it's for everyone the same no matter where u are located.

Traffic is not in their hands. The sit and goes that are available do not change.

Cheers Captain Obvious.
Ah everything was already obvious? That's quite the statement after those posts.

But glad it's solved 🤗

Hi @Ogma,

We're unable to control when players register for SnG since they don't have a scheduled start time. They just start whenever table gets filled with required number of players. SnG tournaments are plenty, but as I've noticed, players don't like getting on empty tables.

Hi @Poker_Mike,

Getting moved while in the middle of the hand is not ideal. We haven't had any recent report about this, but I've seen it happen rarely in tournaments where a lot of action that sees multiple players drop out at the same time, and in order to keep balanced play at each table, the tables are rebalanced even if the player being moved is still playing. If you're able to provide a Hand ID number for this, please send it over at support@replaypoker.com so I can pass it on to our Tech Team.

Today (hand #1197336951) short stack below 1 BB has 176 chips and shoves and wins the entire pot?

How can I replay that specific individual hand?

Thanks.

what about his ante? he only won like 1700 and the rest was paid to you. ;)

to replay a hand go to drop-down menu, left-click and choose "hands"
it will show you all the hands played recently to pick from but if you have the hand number enter it in search and "voila"

The ante makes sense - thank you.

I would like to see this hand again to see how this played out.

I raised the button to isolate and I should have made chips off that play.

I don't have the correct hand #....sigh...

But the search function really helped!

Would just like to apologise to anyone from Replay or otherwise who read my post here last night.

I was exhausted, exasperated, upset and didn't mean what I said in the way it was expressed.

I hate feeling like I've let my team (or anyone) down but that is on me and due to my lack of organisation, time management and not making sure I'm on top of things.

Sorry!

I'm conscious of and working on getting that reactionary behaviour in check.

My bad.

Hi @lauestla,

I just want to circle back on this. The algorithm seated you in that seat (BB) because it is designed to allocate a new seat to players being moved which is most similar in position in relation to the Button, from where they were before. You were SB in this hand 1193537224. The hand prior which is 1193537013 helps explains things. Two players got knocked out so the button jumped forward two spots. I hope that helps.

Why do I get timed out in the mobile App if I don't hit the screen every 30 seconds? Is there a setting I can change?
