I cannot connect either from UK. Have emailed support, but I don't expect an answer today.
I am not been able to connect but I can see other players connected??? How is that posible?

I used the first tranche (10%) of the 88$ free, no deposit, giving me some 12$ chash in the first week. That worked.
I never uses the second tranche as too much rake was involved; and would likely end up costing me too much money.

Ok so I have 888 installed on my windows 10 laptop. Yesterday the 888 App would not do anything, you click it and nothing happens, no flipping cards, no lobby, nothing. So I reinstall it, changes nothing. I can still login with my windows 7 PC and on the web app, but not my windows 10?
Today now I have been able to login one time on win10, but now it wont connect at all, just has flipping cards. This has become somewhat frustrating. Why is it affecting some devices and not others?

Triple8 is in the midst of a serious issue and you are a voice for the firm. I consider this as an opportunity for 888 to provide far more explicit and specific information as to what is being experienced, the counter measures taking place and possible work arounds. Please be a leader and do more than the other online poker sites have done "in real time" while coping with this situation.
It's one thing to provide nice "cooing" sounds about how everything will be fine and it's quite another to say"...this is the group...this is why they are doing this... this is what we are doing...".
NotPetya didn't happen that long ago and there were lessons to be learned from that one amongst others.

expire dates for tickets
Will 888 be giving us replacement tickets for those that we lose during these ddos attacks and extending dates on the ones that don't expire . I have 10 K ticket and 16.50 ticket going to lose most likely due to expiring
