They believe the reason you can't login is due to the attacks that we have been having. A lot of players have been having those same problems during the past week.Five days without service, several e-mails to support@888poker.com, and counting. All I got in return was four times a standard (copy/paste) "our apologies" and "your account and funds are safe" response.
How about a freaking solution?
Do you think that after five (numeric 5) days of no service it is too much to ask that you do your job and resolve the issue?
I thought "support" meant exactly that. Resolving issues and not just empathizing with disappointed customers...

If that is not the case then you need to do a reinstallation of the poker client.
If that still does not work then please send me an up to date assessment along with your poker user name and I will forward it to support in the morning.
