48 hours with no connection. several e-mails to support and all I get is automated replies!
No live chat support, no toll free telephon number!
Worst support in a poker site!
888 support is a joke!

And that comes after a week ofconnection problems and "apologizing sincerely" for DDoS attacks...

888 support is a joke!

Hello, in a group at https://vk.com/official888poker players began to complain about problems with withdrawing money from the room.
Russian-speaking players? And why did you stop paying the money that you won from the players? Russian-speaking players complain about blocking accounts without explaining the reasons. To whom should they apply?

i wanted to make a deposit with my skrill account , i couldnt find it as an option on my 888account ( i live in tunisia ) , so i guess no skrill deposits ?

Five days without service, several e-mails to support@888poker.com, and counting. All I got in return was four times a standard (copy/paste) "our apologies" and "your account and funds are safe" response.
How about a freaking solution?
Do you think that after five (numeric 5) days of no service it is too much to ask that you do your job and resolve the issue?
I thought "support" meant exactly that. Resolving issues and not just empathizing with disappointed customers...

Does anybody know what we can do with all the extra bonus money we get from casino freeplay vouchers and be able to use the money playing poker.

More importantly, can I use the bonus money in the casino without risking my poker bankroll.. thanks.

They owe me 2,50$ from a slot machine that stalled, and I never heard of them. Instead I was emailed a questionnaire how satisfied I was with the last customer Agent. I reclaimed, and it looks like even the managers don't read or read and don't think...
I'm still waiting for an answer on incident :
