888 sports show how much I have won

888 rep. I was sent an email and told I have $5 as a birthday present and to "click here" which I did. The page froze for a while, like maybe 5 minutes, so I clicked again, and another page popped up saying "you have already received this bonus" then the froze page unfroze and said "you have already received this bonus". I logged in to my acct. and chatted with support and they told me I have been credited with the bonus.

In my account is a total of 5 cents.

Support insists it has been credited.

Kinda lame IMO.

According to 888 Sports I have won over £900 but I never received it though they are adamant they had paid me yet it dosen't show in my 888 History. Alsom I've been beaten by hands that I had beaten on 888, last example was I had a pair but lost to a High card, When I complained I had 8 or 9 different excuses and the game had dissapeared from my Game History. Not played on 888 since then.

Hey 888 Pokeer Rep, i've just signed in to my 888 poker account and i was truly shocked to see that my account is -51,66$....It went minus in a day even though i wasn't active since two days ago...I wanted to see if there was some kind of bug and redeemed 200 gold tokens for 2$ immediate bonus, so it turned out that my minus was decreased to -49,66 $ Can you check this out for me pls asap?

I withdrew 1200 EURO and suddenly I got a message from support saying that I've been logged in with different ip addresses which is from different countries, my question is then is it against the terms of condition to use a VPN/access a server and play through it?

Will I get my winnings?

I contacted support and they said that there's no rule saying that VPNs are not allowed but they strongly advised to not use them.

Will I get my winnings?

You need to gamble the transferred amount 1 time before you can withdraw it.

I signed up last week and played 3 SnG's in the first 24 hours. When I tried to log in later, my account had been "temporarily disabled" pending age verification. I have emailed and submitted my drivers license details to 888 Poker, yet my account is still disabled.

If you are going to have age verification check (which I agree with by the way), don't you think this should be part of the signup process? Seems strange to allow players to gamble for a day or two, then block the account.

Also how long does it take to verify my age? It's been 3 days since I first sent my details and I still can't get onto your site. Very frustrating!

You first need to deposit with your visa wallet before you will be allowed to withdraw with it. Just make a small deposit and next time you come to withdraw that option should be there for you.
