Anyone else having problems with the 888 client today? Worked fine yesterday, but today the program closes as soon as it opens.
Same propblem. Yesterday and today's morning the program worked well, but now doesn't.

I won two grand hand scratch tickets on July 20th. Scratched them both and won two $6000 grand hand tournament tickets, but I still have not received the tickets. I went back to the scratch tickets and they say they have both been used already, but I never got my tickets. My username is Joshua_Kane.

So I wanted to sign up to Cards Chat and get some advice on an incident that has happened to me at 888poker client.
I was playing regularly at various stakes micro, low, medium and then I took some big losses and decided to personally close my account. My decision to close not 888 clients ok?
So anyway, a couple weeks go by - and of course I wanted to play again so I set up a new account with almost the same name - but before I deposited I spoke with the LIVE CHAT agent to specifically make sure that there would be no cause for concern in regards to the previously closed account associated with me.
And the LIVE CHAT agent - Saadique was his screen name - said YES you can set up the account and everything will be fine.
I of course, wanting to really confirm this wont be an issue rephrased the question to make sure there was no miscommunication and I said "So, I will be able to deposit and withdraw and just to the regular verification ID routine and start playing with no problems?"
The answer was yes. So I go ahead and toil away to deposit some funds.... I verify my ID and then I even get the "quick response verification confirmation" saying im ready to play. Last night I played some PLO 5 heads up for 5 dollar buy in and made some money....
NOW - this morning I wake up to this email.

So what can I do - I responded promptly and its been about 3 hours and still have not yet heard a response.... I had deposited 145 USD into the account! Only because the agent said this exact scenario would NOT OCCUR?
What happens to my funds? What happens to my account?

The US market is regulated with strict rules and the only market we have there at the moment is New Jersey. To be honest I do not think that you will be accepted due to the complications with the credit card but if you ever get to New Jersey then please apply again and there should be no problem.Apparently I tried to deposit with a credit card which is based in the US although I am in Panama. Now they dont let me deposit or answer any of my inquiries. Should I give up?

yesterday I redeemed 2 Tickets for the 6.000 Hand of the day tournaments to use them today. The programm stalled, I checked my tickets, there were none, I checked my goldtokens, there were still 70 just as before, so I redeemed two tickets again. Today I opened my client, and guess what? 4 Tickets to the 6.000 hand of the day (value 12 hrs), 30 Gold- Tokens left. The problem is, I can't use these tickets, they run out in 9 hs and there are only two tournaments. I contacted CS via web-page and got an auto-responder:

I have the same issue with the PC client, the Android mobile app and the web app.
The ticket was first submitted on July 20.
I received 2 answers, between July 23 & 26, suggesting trying different things like uninstalling and reinstalling the client s/w.
On July 26 I advised support that none of the suggestions worked.
I have not had any further communications since then.
I sent a follow up email on August 3, still no response.
It has been more than a month since I submitted the ticket, how long should I expect to wait until this issue is resolved.
