So this is their response which is complete bs.
I checked again and it is a number of steps to change your bet so I could not of done it by accident or without knowing it so if you play at
888 Poker I would suggest stay away from their casino games because there is a problem with them and they are not willing to look into it . I will decide whether I'm willing to take a chance that the poker room doesn't screw up too or to close my account . I am undecided at this time

So not only is he saying I didn't realize it once but he's saying It happened 3 times without my knowledge . as I am the only one who ha access to this account and I was indeed the one playing at the time I think I would know if I changed the settings . So since there was a recent update and it has glitches in it with the poker room pop ups showing up about wins the next day . and info showing up much later than it actually should I am assuming there is a software glitch in the casino too so be careful
I am sorry to hear of the issue you have reported. I have just reviewed your account and I am seeing that the bet amount changed on your end from $0.15 to $150 then was reduced again to $15. The funds were subsequently reduced again to $0.75 then $0.15. Please note that there is no way that these amount could have changed by itself. Also, if it was a case where the auto spins were activated with a certain amount, the amounts would not change automatically without interference on your end to have them changed. The system is not designed to automatically change bet amounts on auto spin when the bankroll falls below the selected amount.
Martin, the bet amounts can only be changed on your end manually by someone logged in on the account. It can not be changed by any settings, automatically or on our end. I am not sure what transpired and unfortunately, we would not be able to reimburse you.
