Hello,
The annual Swedish Poker-SM Online Championship Series (PSMO) is back on 888poker beginning on May 1.
Once again, 888poker will be the event’s exclusive sponsor, and right now you can win your way in via one of our $11 PSMO Kval Satellite tournaments, which runs every day!
This marks the second year that we’ve sponsored the event as part of our partnership with both PokerEvent and the Swedish Poker Federation for the online Swedish Poker Championships 2016/17. The Swedish Poker-SM Online Championship started back in 2006 and has been held annually ever since.
“We expect the Main Event to host 250-300 players,” said Mauritz Altikardes, CEO of Poker Event Svenska.
“I believe that familiar 888 regulars such as WSOP bracelet winner Peter Eichardt, Jerry ‘perrymejsen’ Ödeen, former PSML ME winner Emma Wikberg, latest PSML Main Event winner, Pontus Magnusson, 888 ambassador Sofia Lovgren and some of the old-school names, will take a shot at becoming the next Swedish Poker Champion.”
