Is there a way to see how many raked hands you have made at a certain game?

Like for new promotion : rake daily 50 hands on snap cashtables

Unfortunately this is not yet possible, but we do expect to have it in the future.

888 is great in term of offering freerolls once in a while. But one big problem is the software. I believe the software has stayed like this for so many years. Players can't extend the lobby, the font size is too small to see games, especially with big screen and players sit far from the monitor. Plus there are regular disconnections over last month. Please improve the software as soon as possible 888.

Thanks for your comments. The disconnection issues have been our main priority and we've seen great improvement there. We appreciate all comments about our software and I will pass along what you have suggested about extending the lobby and increasing font sizes.

Would be nice, if you could implement some options to change a notes on players, when table is over. I know i can do this trough Game history, but it is too complicated. Pokerstars has it nice and simple.

Also i would like to Hide my balance, so i can not see it in a lobby.

I have been having some issues with cashing out on neteller, it used to take a few minutes, now i withdrew and waited 3 days and didnt receive any money,... live chat is always offline.

Why does it take just SECONDS to get my deposit from neteller and DAYS to cashout in the same form?

like i said, it wasn't like this before, i already had cashed out in 888 before and it took minutes, what is the matter? anyone having this problem, too?

One thing that really frustrated me about 888 is that if I want to withdraw some money to my neteller account they can take a week to process it, if I withdraw money from Poker Stars, it takes about 10 seconds? William Hill, Betfair etc take a day at most so why does 888 take so long? In this day and age it is not acceptable.

My account is currently in $USD. So when I deposit/withdraw in $CAD I get charged an exorbitant conversion rate.

Lets say I ask support to convert my account to $CAD so when I deposit/withdraw I get no conversion fees.

What would happen when I sit at a table or buy in a tournament: Would the exorbitant conversion rate be applied then each time I sit at a table or buy in a tourney?

Did 888 get rid of all their DON's except the super turbo? That's what it looked like when I logged in last night, but wondering if perhaps its just a temp glitch or if its a perma change.

Man, that you can just read in their page about the promotion. No need to ask here. But i will make it brief for you, you got to keep playing and consistently win points to achieve the rest of your bonus.

Meaning if you just lost what you got in the beggining, wich i supposed happened, because you want more, then there's no way you get the rest of the bonus unless you win some freeroll money, or deposit.

makes no sense at all using this system with neteller... it should be instantly, like pokerstars and like it was before even in 888. Its my account, its already verified, i had already made deposit with it, whats the problem? You just want people to wait to cash out, this way they can even lose their bankroll in there and need to cancel the request for withdraw. That way you keep the money in.

And yeah, it works, but is a shitty policy with peoples money

Here's how this works:

-Bankrolls are always stored in USD
-Your account currency is only effective for deposits and cashouts

It would be best to deposit in USD and have your account currency in USD to avoid all conversion fees.

If your account currency was in CAD and you deposited in CAD, all of the money would still be converted to USD in order to enter your bankroll.

Please 888 create some tournaments that allow buy-in with step 5 ($30) or step 6 ($160). Satellite to the Whale tournament with $530 buy-in is quite inconvenience for players.

Royal Bank has U.S. $ accounts, I just made a withdrawal and will let you know if there is a currency fee. I seldom play 888 because of the fees but if this works, better than Party.

I have a couple of questions concerning instadebit deposits and withdrawls.

First one is concerning deposits. When I try to deposit say $20 US it converts it to Canadian $'s since I am Canadian I presume but my Instadebit account is in US$'s so why can't I use my US$'s for the deposit instead of having to do the double conversion with fees from both 888 and Instadebit?

Second. On the withdrawl side. If I deposit using Instadebit will I be able to withdraw my profits using instadebit or do I have to withdraw by using a bank draft or wire or wire transfer?

Waiting on your answers as I decide to deposit or not.
