1) On that point, that is what I thought; BUT after trying it, nothing is like it should. I bought in a $5 tourney and busted before the money. I was due for a withdrawal so I went to the cashier and I still had $5 restricted because of the bonus. (According to you the bonus is supposed to be gone)

Although my bonus page said "no restriction". But look the bonus is still active. In those screen shots (1 in the cashier and 1 in the bonus page) I already made the withdrawal I wanted but I'm still limited.

2) On that point I think in some cases it does not work as you said. If I withdraw before clearing the bonus, 888 will take back the $195 I won plus the bonus. As your bonus policy states:

11. In some cases, if the amount initially deposited in order to generate the bonus is withdrawn, the current bonus amount (and any winnings which may have been generated through the wagering of the bonus amount) will be cancelled.

We have now fixed this for you and you should now be able to withdraw the full amount

Are you not able to withdraw from Skrill currently?

I just asked because i never had problems withdrawing with skrill before but then i read here and on pokerstrategy that there are some issues with skrill withdrawals, so i checked my cashier, and skrill isnt in my withdrawal options. In the meantime i spoke to the operator on live chat in cashier and i was told it s because i havent made a deposit for over a year. So to withdraw, first i have to make a deposit. I guess everything s fine then. Thanks.

It s not just 888 but also partypoker and ipoker lately. Is it somehow connected? Are you all being attacked by some hackers or something?
It s impossible to concentrate on playing when those things happen.

I got email saying that every time i earn 5 points 2 days in a row playing cash games, i would receive 2 or 3 more xl freeroll tickets plus 1 dollar cash.

Last time I deposited $45 and $48 were deducted from my Skrill account. It said:
"You have successfully sent HUF 11374.86 (USD 48.21) to Cassava Enterprises
(Gibraltar) Limited (mb_isg_huf@cassava.net) on 16:55, 31 10 2014 CET."

Why does it send "HUngarian Forint"? Why does it change USD to HUF then back HUF to USD? This costs me a lot.
Both 888poker account and my Skrill account are in USD...

Over the past few weeks, 888poker has experienced several serious technical issues due to problems with our internet service providers. These issues have in turn caused a number of disconnections which have resulted in severe disruptions to your games.

We would like to assure you that resolving these issues is our number one priority and we are working around the clock to ensure these interruptions come to an end. On top of major connectivity enhancements, we will add a “pause tournament” feature in the coming days that will enable us to temporarily pause tournaments whenever we notice high level of network disruptions. Tournament clocks will standstill during this pause – same as in the hourly break of the tournaments. We will resume the tournaments once the network returns to normal behavior or cancel the tournaments.

Following last night’s disconnections, tournaments were cancelled and players refunded in accordance with our disconnection policy. Some Players may have been blinded out before all tournaments were cancelled, and therefore not automatically compensated. If this happened to you or you feel you are uniquely deserving of an extra compensation, please contact support. Replies may take up to 72 hours due to the irregular number of emails we are currently handling.

Hi have recently self excluded my self from 888 indeffinately . MY username is stockman82. My incident number is141123-000310. This is regarding me missing 800 dollars of my 2000 dollar withdrawl . I wait on the phone for ridiculous amounts of time to be told to wait for another 48 busniness hours which I already have done numerous times . It would be nice to contact someone who can actually give me a logical explanation as to what is going on . Support does nothing !!!!!

After playing there is a leaderboard, it shows only places 1-7 though.

When we will post our winners, a full list will be updated with all winners from places 1-70. Emails will also be sent to all winners on Thursday.

The double conversion was done since we processed your deposit in HUF (the currency of your account), but your Skrill account is in USD. Please contact support to change your 888 account currency to USD.

888 is great in term of offering freerolls once in a while. But one big problem is the software. I believe the software has stayed like this for so many years. Players can't extend the lobby, the font size is too small to see games, especially with big screen and players sit far from the monitor. Plus there are regular disconnections over last month. Please improve the software as soon as possible 888.

One thing that really frustrated me about 888 is that if I want to withdraw some money to my neteller account they can take a week to process it, if I withdraw money from poker stars, it takes about 10 seconds? william hill, betfair etc take a day at most so why does 888 take so long? In this day and age it is not acceptable.

888 has a 75$ hyper-turbo style freeroll that runs a couple of times a day. Think its just called a 75$ bonus freeroll or something like that.

You can also gain tickets to freerolls from their current running promotion which has 500$ and 5000$ freerolls, you have to spin the wheel each day when you login and could win tickets or cash bonuses and such.

My account is currently in $USD. So when I deposit/withdraw in $CAD I get charged an exorbitant conversion rate.

Lets say I ask support to convert my account to $CAD so when I deposit/withdraw I get no conversion fees.

What would happen when I sit at a table or buy in a tournament: Would the exorbitant conversion rate be applied then each time I sit at a table or buy in a tourney?

I have been having some issues with cashing out on neteller, it used to take a few minutes, now i withdrew and waited 3 days and didnt receive any money,... live chat is always offline.

Why does it take just SECONDS to get my deposit from neteller and DAYS to cashout in the same form?

like i said, it wasn't like this before, i already had cashed out in 888 before and it took minutes, what is the matter? anyone having this problem, too?
