This is really infuriating or sad depending how you look at it.
Looks like you tried to help me as I received an email from 888 CS today. I was told that a bonus had immediately been applied to my account, but when I checked this evening, the balance was the same as last night.
There's not a lot more I can say about this appalling customer service and I'm very disappointed.

At 888 Poker; as I progressed through the VIP levels I gained access to new freerolls when I reached certain key levels.

There are special freerolls for reaching levels 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70. However there are no new freerolls when you have passed level 70. I'm currently at level 76 and I was wondering why 888 Poker's VIP system do not have new freerolls for levels 80, 90 and 100 for example?

It's not easy to reach those levels and it seems like it would be a good idea to reward those who reach them. It would be a good incentive and a source of motivation for players to go the extra step by playing on 888 Poker.

Do you think my suggestion is reasonable and that it could eventually be implemented in the future for the VIP freerolls rewards?

I made it to the level 90 on your site and get a scratch card.On the card that I scratched the rewards was 10 000 coins witch is approximately 100$. The message was that I will have it in the next 72h on my account.
The next day when I open 888, witch it was three days ago I get the same card to scratch and once again with the same price but this time they say that they have some technical problems?I assume that it was because I scratched twice the same card.
I make a screen shot of that second card and wanted to know way after over 72h I still did not receive that reward on my account.

I received this reward before, think it was 8000 points. It's not gold tokens, it's actually just points to progress to the next VIP level. Check your poker club page and you should see that you've moved up a few levels since you got that prize.

I actually made another 5 levels without playing to much,must be that then.
I played some game and I did see that I make some level very quick but I do not know anything about that points.Must be that then.Thank you
