Hi guys.
I have a problem with the previous promo 888 ran (treasure quest map). The last quest I needed to complete a line for the weekly chest bugged out.
I contacted support immediately, but after about a month of back and forth all they've done is repeatedly lie to me.
I have 100% irrefutable proof that I completed the quest and they are lying about literally everything they said in their responses to me (can provide whatever screenshots etc are needed on request).
The last follow up email I sent them, they waited an extra long time for the promo to expire - then they lied to me again and told me that they "consider the matter resolved because the promo is over" and closed my support ticket.
Pretty fed up with this and I don't think writing more emails is going to do anything since they consider the matter resolved.
What can I do?

From the rules of the winning 15 cash hands:
"In accordance with the ‘Cash in!’ challenge, a ‘winning hand’ is considered to be once a player has won the pot/part of the pot after any betting round. This can include a single winner, split or side pot."
Does this mean that if I'm BB and all players fold; it does not count as a winning hand?
And what if I raise preflop and everyone folds; does it count as a betting round so the hand is counted as a winning hand?

@Master - just recover the file and should be fine. Once recovered it should consider it goodware and not quarantine it again but if it does just look around in the settings, there should be somewhere to flag the file as ok.

Why I keep being disconnected and only recovering connection when I already lose almost all my chips? It seems like a amateur support to me. Others sites I play normally and when disconnected it come back in a time that I can keep playing.

Not quite, let me elaborate. Support closed my ticket without resolving anything so I am no longer talking to them. I am looking for alternative methods to get things done.
When I asked if you only handle softball questions I meant do you have any authority/access to player accounts etc to do things directly or if you just refer ppl to contact support if the question is not a generic one that can be answered with a link or some such (I'm new around here don't know exactly what reps can and can't do).

two questions
1) $1000 depositors bonus freeroll tickets expire in 10 days after deposit but there are no tournaments available what good are they if you work and theres no tournaments available before they expire then what good are the tickets . I like the site but find it wrong that you give tickets that quite often cant be used why do you have to have a expiry date except to make it so most players cant use all their tickets
2)also why are there freerolls for some countries and not others why do china and asia and other countries get freerolls and not north America

They do this so you have to deposit every week. The tournaments run only on saturdays @ 4:30am EST and 1:00pm EST. They give you 2 so you can run both tournaments if the times work for you but they are on the same day so no chance of saving a ticket for next week.
Probably for marketing purposes. There is one for Canada run by the canadian poker league for members (http://www.canadianpokerleague.com/) but it doesn't run every week (once a month I think).
