I am pasting here the email (the message is exactly how I received) where the Support Area of 888Poker informed that due to my fair and normal complains about all the strange difficulties I was facing to make use of my own Money for a simple money transfer and in not 1 or 2 days but now in almost 20 days) at 888Poker and just asking them to release MY OWN MONEY at the site to transfer it to another player or to withdraw despite I was 100% regular in terms of documents and with no restrictions or pendencies and they informed me that closed my account and amazingly suggest me to make a treatment for "gambling compulsion" ... How Bizarre:

What do you think about such email from 888 Poker Support and this measure (close the account before give my Money) and also all the bad comments about me just because I was complaining about my right to use my OWN Money after 15 days of delays from 888Poker...??
If necessary I can also paste here all the messages exchanged with them since the beginning of the problem several days ago (their messages and my messages and replies) just to show the position and procedures of 888 Poker to handle with my problem...

Strange support in whole poker world.U need to have good nerv and patiance to resolve one simple problem for minimum one month.I understand u but u musted to wait ,they will answer some day ,now u made bigger problem

Any good company o that consider itself a good company or even that intend to be a good company must have a good and efficient support team and most than that this support must respect the clientes (in this case the players) as without the players they wold not survive and it does not make difference if you invest sponsoring wsop or any other MTTs or providing promotions for deposits etc....

The first thing is respect the player when he want to make use of his Money (mainly if the player has the Money and has provided all the IDs and necessary documents to get his request attended)! And another point is when the support área knows that they caused a problem for the player who wanted to use his onw Money and that due to their technical problem they as causing any loss for a long time and they consider that you are not right in complain and that you just need to wait calmly for more than 2 weeks and that if you complain they call you "complusive gambler" just because you want access to your own Money and that they are not allowing it and not solving your problem!

I cannot consider this a good and serious company and if the onwer of 888Poker was in my place and I were in his place I would give him all the reasons and fire the person from the support team that called the client as a "compulsive gambler" and that also recomended to the cliente a mental treatment and also blocked/closed his account with Money inside just because the client is not satisfied with the bad or none support from their Support Area and complaining that is losing Money with the long delay of 2 weeks to get access to his own Money for a simple transfer...

It is totally insane this situation... I hope that at least tehy give my Money back as soon as possible and I do not want their apologies as I do not want never more see 888Poker as a poker room to play in the rest of my life and I will continue very happy playing at pokerstars and partypoker which respect the clientes more than everything!!

I suppose you have seen my previous messages from Yesterday night about all my problems and difficulties with the Support Area of 888Poker to get access to my Money and now with this bizarre message from the person of the Support Team at 888Poker (Ms. Fatima) that besides closing my account before I have time to even withdraw my balance but more than that suggested me a treatment for gambling compulsion...

Do you think it is normal that any support from a serious company that is creating difficulties for a client to get access to his own Money for almost 20 days and that is fairly complaining about all the difficulties to be well attended and as answer for his complainings receive such type of message and measures from this person representing 888Poker?

I do not know if I am becoming crazy and that the wrong person here is me and that it is normal this type of measure and behavior from any Support Area from any Poker Room or any company in general but any comments from you would be welcome!

This is why I do not open an account at 888! You both are not the first players to inform that the supporting division of 888 is horrible and that also had difficulties either to withdraw or to transfer money!
It looks like "pay to enter and pray to get out"! lol

Yes, I received a call from a person of your Support Area and he was kind and suggested me to send na email to the Manager of 888Poker that I sent Yesterday however until now I did not receive any reply from this Manager and I am still without a solution to get access to my Money and not able to make the withdraw of my Balance there one day more...

I hope to get his reply and mainly I hope to have a fast solution Today yet for this matter or at least as soon as possible as it is almost completing one month since I tried to make use of my Money at 888Poker through a simple Money transfer that I am used to make in other poker rooms with no difficulties and this problem at 888Poker started and unfortunately the situation is delaying a lot to be solved and let me very frustrated as I thought that when I decided to use my Money there at 888 it would be as easy and simple as it is at PokerStars and Partypoker in similar situations but for my surprise it was not...!

I think that it is not a big deal for 888Poker just release my own Money won after a initial deposit I made more than 1 year ago and that was increased using this Money playing MTTs there and staying ITM in several tournaments and then it is simple that they just allow me to transfer this balance there to my neteller account as they already have all my ID documents etc and therefore we just finish this boring subject.... it would be the normal and best solution for both parties and I will not need to complain here anymore, understand?

I've been doing the daily challenges and I've noticed that I had to do an extra tournament yesterday before the challenge completed and the same thing happened just now playing the Blast games. I've played 3, the challenge says I have to play 3 but the challenge is not complete.

Yesterdays challenge was play 2 tournaments of min $1 buyin. I played 2 and the challenge wasn't completed so I just played another one. I'm playing under bankrolled for the $5 Blasts and I don't want to have to play more than is needed.

Can you investigate this for me please.

Edit: I've just played a 4th $5 Blast and the challenge is still not complete.

It's different for everyone. Some only have to play $1s.

Hello. Today I updated its poker client and was horrified by the results of the update. In shock I plunged change the appearance of the game table. It is unclear, why was moved Chat with usual place, in the lower left corner, to the right side (accessed by pressing the corresponding button). If the chat is open, on him imposed popups HUD XM2 that terribly not convenient. Now even one game table window does not appear on the entire desktop

Please return everything back as it was. And yet - before about a year ago gaming tables windows were "rubber" that is, at the opening of the two tables can be easily (assuming installed WIN 7 or later) by pressing the "Win" + "Right Arrow (Left)" to move the game table window and it took exactly half of the desktop, and in the second half could be in the same manner to place the second game table. Two game table occupied the entire (100%) of the area of ​​the desktop Wingows. It was convenient. Now the size of the windows can be changed only with the preservation of certain proportions, which does not take up windows exactly 50% of the screen.

Just to update my situation and now with more than 20 days without access to use my Money, I received a call 2 days ago from a representative of 888Poker and also exchanged e-mails qith the manager of 888 that told that would solve my problems and allow me to withdraw my Money and Yesterday in the beginning of the morning I sent to the Manager of 888Poker a message replying him with all the infos he requested me but it has passed 24 hours without an answer and more than that wihtout a solution...

Very frustrating this situation and for something that is quite simple but it looks that 888Poker likes to punish the player who complain and that intend to withdraw the Money from the account...
I hope that this is a wrong interpretation of the situation by me and that 888Poker is actually the serious and professional poker room that they try to show to the world and that I finally get this problem solved Today yet and do not have to complain again and that I can forget this problem and this sad story...

Nevermind, I played some more and it finally worked. I had to play 6 of them even though it only said to play 3.
