I am pasting here the email (the message is exactly how I received) where the Support Area of 888Poker informed that due to my fair and normal complains about all the strange difficulties I was facing to make use of my own Money for a simple money transfer and in not 1 or 2 days but now in almost 20 days) at 888Poker and just asking them to release MY OWN MONEY at the site to transfer it to another player or to withdraw despite I was 100% regular in terms of documents and with no restrictions or pendencies and they informed me that closed my account and amazingly suggest me to make a treatment for "gambling compulsion" ... How Bizarre:

Here at 888poker , the last thing we want for any of our members, is to experience personal difficulties and it is dismaying to hear that this is the situation you are now facing.
Although millions of people enjoy gambling without experiencing any problems, we realise that some people can become obsessed with gambling. Like many things in life, what is enjoyable in moderation can be disastrous in excess.
Be assured that we endorse and actively promote responsible gaming, therefore discouraging anyone with a compulsive gambling problem from playing at 888poker or any other gaming establishment.
So, taking your comments in consideration we have permanently closed your account and will do everything in our power to prevent you from playing with us in the future.
Your email address has also been removed from our mailing list.
We ask that you refrain from opening further accounts with any gaming site operated by any entity within the 888 Group (specifically including Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd and 888 UK Limited). Such accounts will be closed as soon as they are detected and the relevant operator may, at its sole discretion, withhold all deposited and related monies in relation to such accounts.
We recommend that you uninstall our software from your PC, delete any gambling Apps on your mobile or tablet and turn off push notifications relating to gambling.
Please follow the steps below to uninstall the software:
- Click 'Start', located in the bottom left hand corner of your screen
- Select 'Control panel'
- Click 'Add-Remove Programs' and select the program you wish to remove
It is encouraging that you are aware of your problem, as once identified; compulsive gambling can be successfully treated. We urge you to seek professional help if gambling is not something that you want to do, but rather something that you need to do.

What do you think about such email from 888 Poker Support and this measure (close the account before give my Money) and also all the bad comments about me just because I was complaining about my right to use my OWN Money after 15 days of delays from 888Poker...??
If necessary I can also paste here all the messages exchanged with them since the beginning of the problem several days ago (their messages and my messages and replies) just to show the position and procedures of 888 Poker to handle with my problem...
