Following the old dictation that we only know the quality of the poker rooms when we need to use the Money we put and/or won there last week I had a very Bad 1st experience with 888 Poker in this regard when I tried for the first time transfer US$ 100 from my account to another player at 888.

In this moment I could see the diferences between 888Poker and PokerStars and PartyPoker...

It will be a good lesson for next time when I have available Money to deposit in poker rooms where I have account because in all of them you Always can find several promotions to deposit and the process to deposit is Always very easy, simple and immediate and they do not request any documentation or prove that you are older than 18 years or where do you live or if you are really who you say you are in your registration (and it is the same in all of the poker rooms)....
But when you decide to withdraw or transfer the Money you understand why some poker rooms have more than 1.000.000 players with accounts and at least 150.000 online all the time and actively playing and some others poker rooms have less than 100.000 players with account and with less than 10.000 playing actively all the time...

Because some poker rooms (like PokerStars) provide a online support that really Works and when you want to use your own Money you can simply use it... there is no burocracy and you just make in few seconds the transfer or withdraw even when it is the first time you are doing that!

But at 888Poker I am still waiting for the reply from their support area informing why my simple Money transfer (to another player at 888Poker) i.e. keeping the Money inside the poker room that is more simple for them to process and even with all my documentation (Drivers Licence and ID and my Light Bill - to comprove my address) already in their system as I had sent them by email and with confirmation of receipt and even with everything OK by my side I am still (and now more than 9 days) waiting for their explanation about why my Money transfer is not being accepted if I have the enough Money to conclude the transaction and used my passwords and also with all the ID documents there and there is nothing by my side that could create any difficulty like that to conclude the transfer!

And it caused me a bad situation and also a financial problem as I had promissed to transfer the Money in the Monday of last week and now 9 days after it was not made yet and it caused a loss for the player in relation to the delay to get the Money in his account and with the Exchange rate that changed a lot in his country during 9 days as he needed to cover a transaction in his currency and US$ with a bad Exchange rate and I had to cover it for him as it is my (actually 888 fault)...

So I suggest to any new player before to deposit Money at 888 Poker to think better because to put Money they offer a lot of promos but when you need to use your OWN MONEY they create a lot of difficulties and I saw in some other forums that I am not the first and only one player with this same type of problem!!

My experiences with PokerStars and Partypoker are totally different (and much better than 888Poker) in this same type of situation when I needed to use my Money either for wihtdraws or player´s transfers so think better before putting Money at 888 even with them making so many promos and with advertising at WSOP, etc...

Even with the contact with you here but I am still one day more without any feedback from the support of 888 and my problem to make use of my own Money continues and more than that I am still losing more Money with this huge delay of 10 days now as the exchange rate is becoming worse each day...

I couldn't find in the conditions of the promotion in what sequence spending money on the account, first the real and then the bonus or conversely?

I was playing a satellite today and picked up QQ I hit the all in button my timer went down to zero hit the all in button again timer went down to zero and my hand was folded of course a Q hits on the flop against two all ins every other games today runs smooth no problems. What can be the problem??

Seems like you had some kind of lag issue and maybe you had too many programmes running on your computer while you were playing.

My Friend,

It is amazing but more than the lack of capacity of your supporting team to solve problem of making a simple Money transfer of $100 to another 888 Poker player and this in more than 2 weeks to solve the problem even with all my documents (Drivers licence and Residence Bill) and with nothing pendent or missing by my side and after I had complained about all the delay and the losses I was suffering with this delay to see if they could solve this simple problem faster but as revenge for all the criticisms I made in my e-mails and here and they just closed my account at 888Poker (they sent na email telling that they were closing the account and that would not allow me to open any future account with 888 and its affiliates) and did not give my Money back!

So now I am without the access into my account (that is blocked/closed) and they retained all my Money!!

They could close my account but never before giving my Money back before!!
This is amazing what is happening! I have here all the e-mails from 888 Poker about this issue including this last one Today when they decided to close my account without giving my Money back before closing the account...

And they also called me compulsive gambler in this email I have here! Just because I wanted the access to MY MONEY and complained abiut all the delay of 2 weeks for it and still without access and now with the account closed and still without my Money yet!

I just would like to advise all new players that pay attention before open the account at 888Poker... I have accounts at pokerstars and partypoker for years and never any problem to access my account and never had any situation where they cogitated to close my account... It is amazing to not say SO SAD and very scared...

PS: Please just help me to have my Money back from 888Poker...because with the account is now closed (and with Money inside) and they told that will also block my email so how they will give my Money back?? I hope that this problem do not become a much bigger problem with MY MONEY confiscated, ok? And if you want I can send you the email I received from 888Poker Today!
