I have one question - 14.10.2016. I played this tournament and since i finished in top 50 I should get extra prize (I don't remember what I won). In promotion FAQ says:

6. I’ve made it to the top 50 players in the $3,000 Unexpected Giveaway Free Tournament. How do I find out what EXTRA PRIZE I’ve won?
If you’ve won a prize, congrats! Look out for an email within 72 hours of the tournament.
The top 50 extra prize available on top of the cash pool will appear on the table each time a tournament begins.

Unfortinately I didn't get any confirmation by email. So should I contact support or what?

I enter my postcode and the fields for address and city go red and the wheel of death keeps on spinning inside them. The screen is frozen.

It may be that my house does not have a house number but a house name instead. (There are not enough digits available in the house number field and it doesn't accept letters in any event).

I used to love playing there and ive contacted support about my account directly before and it seems all i cando is redo my account it often doesnt let me enter tournaments and on computer it doesnt fit fullscreen the bix is smaller and will never let you click to enlarge it ,its so annoying the odd mobile game i can enter when it doesnt say im not eligible,did all the freerolls get taken away unless somehow you get these levels they talk about ? Whole thing is annoying i used to play there everyday
