This woman is an excellent example, a representative of what a poker-player should be like.

She won a package for London.....and...hold on....players around the world ?
The world except Serbia I guess....

Sure, don't get me wrong.....not 888's fault she can't get her visum in time.....that's politics....so neither it is her fault.....but, please do her and yourself a favour and give her a substitute and let her use her package for another event.

I mean...come on.....she won a package with a certain value....that's an accomplishment which should be rewarded.....not by saying...to bad because of the visum issues, but just by giving her the opportunity to use the package for another event.

Just my thoughts.....

I get the letter from your live888 support few hours ago for the UK visa demand. I*immediately*log to there online site to*fill out the application and after two hours of*completing questionnaire i finally get to the part where I was supposed to make an appointment to the embassy.What can I say after a big joy of wining that package It was a big disappointment.Even with paying the extra price for the priority service the prime time appointment is on 31 October(10 days after the begin of the tournament).So for me its mission impossible to be on in London for that event.
I will wait till tomorrow to send an email to your colleague on live888,to be sincere I'm little tired.

Something has to be done very soon. I mean, even in a case of eventual acceptable solution, long duration of extreme stress is devastating...

Seems nothing can be done , cause it was stated in T&C of winning package.
Still these are circumstences beyond both Lidija and 888's control. So we all hoped for some kind of solution, but as I just spoke to her it seems , she must go there and play which is nearly impossible,so now she will be blinding out, there is one solution, if someone drives her in the trunk of his/her car and get passed Calais or take the ferry to England and she is nothing getting caught for being illegal in the UK. Ofc this is also not a comfortable way of travelling.

But all that hassle prolly not worth it, getting visa seems impossible as well as it basically already was.

Also advice for 888 in future to look more careful to this promo's and countries involved, if they will be able to make it in time, as I don't think they were fully aware of these Visa issues with some countries that want to visit the UK.

Sir everytime I login my 888 account a scripting error appears and 888 client stops working. I have to restart my router then it starts working after that. How to rectify this prob.

Other different small issue, I see you can play 8x blast on mobile under challenges for a 6k 4max ticket, only on my Samsung S6 Galaxy, I cant start any Blast game on the 888 App.

I can not find a way.

I will certainly not try to cross the border illegally and any other way does not exist.

I understand term and condition but I think that in the future you should not avoid people who need visa for some country and can not get it at time to play on those tournament.

It it would not take much effort from 888 to change the destination of the package instead they decide to have an empty seat at London

You get ticket some 7 days ago or more and when you applied for visa you get answer that your appointment is on 31 October 2016 (by the way on those pictures in post #766 - pic1 says that people get a decision in 3-5 days but you get 20+ days LOLOL so sick ). Does 888Poker poker manager or some tournament coordinator or who else knows that people from some countries need visa and they need time to make it? I don't think so and it seems that they don't care about that. I am very very disappointed
And I have 1 question for 888Rep also - why customer support doesn't work on Sundays ? Does 888poker works on Sunday, is there players at their site/poker playing poker and if its yes is there a slight chance that maybe those poker players need any assistance by customer support or maybe better Q would be:
Does poker players at 888 poker platform deserve customer support on Sundays ??? I mean .....

Support does work at weekends although some are off for the weekend.
