It happens. .
I think you will find somewhere on the website a page that says it may happen and 888 aren't responsible for anything that goes wrong.
It's happened to me with a lost connection and because the software doesn't close cleanly with a lost connection on my PC every time I tried to reconnect it crashed again. And again.
I had to reboot my machine twice before it sorted itself out. By then I'd been knocked out of the MTT.
Though ironically I was better placed than usual.
You should be able to manage a few minutes like this, it's the same as sitting out while answering the door.

Oh by the way just how can you lose any chips let alone a big part of your stack if you are disconnected? The software will fold your hand if you haven't bid. If you have bid it tries to reconnect a few times before folding.
Also, if the client closes for you during an upgrade it will be the same for everyone.

The tournaments displayed on the App are only tournaments that are "open for registration", starting within the next 60 minutes, or tournaments that have been specifically added to the list by our Promotions Department.[/FONT]

Really?? How odd. If I were ungrading the server I'd announce a longer synchronised break so that as many players as possible were not involved in games. I'd also look for a day and time that normally has the least traffic.

The problem is that I'm from Serbia and I'm really worried about the deadline that I have to make UK visa.
I try to explain that on the email that I send to live888 but I still does not have any answer from them.
I would be grateful If you can accelerate them, because even if I make my demand for UK visa at the end of the week I will not be sure to get it at time.

For the second year in a row, the wsop Circuit is going global with stops in 16 different international locations. Now players around the world get a chance to experience the WSOP for themselves.
In October, the tour has stops in both brazil and the Czech Republic, and our players can get there via the many satellites running on the site.

I get the letter from your live888 support few hours ago for the UK visa demand. I*immediately*log to there online site to*fill out the application and after two hours of*completing questionnaire i finally get to the part where I was supposed to make an appointment to the embassy.What can I say after a big joy of wining that package It was a big disappointment.Even with paying the extra price for the priority service the prime time appointment is on 31 October(10 days after the begin of the tournament).So for me its mission impossible to be on in London for that event.
I will wait till tomorrow to send an email to your colleague on live888,to be sincere I'm little tired.

Its physically impossible for me to get in London at time for the ME 888 festival.The first appointment that i can get to the UK embassy for the visa is on the 31.10.2016.And that is 10 day to late.
I'm one of your regular player I reach the level 80 on your 888 club.This was supposed to be a giveaway by your site for all players not only those privilege players who live in UK or EU I deposit like any other player who played on that tournament and I win like the other 14in players on that tournament. I think that it would not be fair to not get any kind of agreement.Should I be the only one who will not goes on the festival just because I'm not from UK or EU.I would love to go on any of your festival that you organize on other country,UK is the only country where I can not go without the visa.If that is not possible to exchange the package for another destination let me try to find someone from CardsChat community who will go at my place.

What to say...to bad.... We are still on some bad list
I'm sure that 888 team will find some solution. If they take look at your successes they will realize what player they have in their room. If you not got a chance to supstitute your award for some other country , it will be loss for both sides. But, I am sure they will do their best to solve this problem.

I am very sad about whats going on with your story about yours ME London giveaway packagebut I hope that there can be find some solution for you Lulu. 888Poker should consider all circumstances - 888Rep can also add some positive things about our great and contributive member Lidija.
Lidija, I really hope that you can get to some ME 888 festival - if its not London that there can be some other events as a replacement for London.
