Can you please supply me with your poker user name and I will ask support to contact you.
I've played on various well-known poker sites for the last 2 or 3 years and have played online games for the last 15 years or so.
Never have I come across a worse customer service than that of 888.
My initial problems were that I couldn't log on although I'd received an automated email from 888 advising me of my change of password and that I could now use my new credentials.
Then my account appeared as restricted.
I emailed support 3 days ago and am still waiting for a reply to my problem.
The following day I rang up customer support. The agent advised me that the account had been restricted as I had 2 registrations with 888 Poker. Fair enough. I must've registered some years ago. So I asked the agent to delete one of the accounts. He did this and said he'd sent me an email confirming the details of the old account that was now live again.
I'm still waiting for that email.
More than 24 hours ago, I made a deposit to 888 Poker and talked to a support agent via live chat about a bonus - a ticket to a new depositors freeroll which she had applied to my account. The live chat was cut off by 888's system before I could even finish the chat with the agent.
And when I checked for my free ticket later on, it wasn't in my account.
There is a lot of competition out there between the poker sites and a good customer service should be one of the most important parts of a good poker site.
Please convince me that my experience was a one-off!
