Hi 888 Poker support,

today there are 2 problems occuring.

1. Daily Spin is not working:

2. CardsChat Freeroll is not displayed:

I deinstalled and reinstalled 888 Poker software and the problem still remains.

Since I could not attach the screenshots to the contact message I do it here.

Any ideas.
P.S.:
Just got the E-Mail, that all bonus programs have been suspended.

I have the same problems, neither the free wheel works nor could I find the freeroll in the lobby and this on mobile and on PC.

It would have been nice to inform the players in advance that you are going to do this, so that you can still redeem those tokens that you have earned.

I could convert the tokens to 2 $0.1 Blast tickets. Luckily I did that. Played 3 of them, because one was paid from the roll despite I had the tickets.
I lost the paid and one ticket Blast, the other gave me $0.20 so I am up $0.1.
I hope I find a shop where I can buy a lollipop for that win.

Suddenly and out of the blue got my token´s back. Converted them quickly to 38 different tourney tickets. Hopefully these will survive the whole circus here.

I have played a lot of cash which I no longer do.
888 has increased the rake, probably with the justification that there is the possibility to get up to 50% RB.

I as a German player get no RB and also all other benefits that are there have also been canceled.

I really wonder why I should still play.

Perhaps there are people that enforce things that are not regulated in the GlüStV 2021.
I have not found any passages that do not allow rakeback or freerolls.
And if canceling freerolls is meant as gambling addiction prevention, or as advertising for non legal OnlinePoker (it's legal cause you have a license)
it is a very misinterpreted rule.
Or is there a hidden GlüStV that is not public available?

Hello, when I multi-table (4 tables) on 888 poker I have slowness, I can no longer click to fold, call, raise... it beug.

I didn't have this problem before on my computer, I could open 8 to 10 tables without any problem.

I tried to open several tables on other rooms and I don't have this problem. Can you please help me ?

No exceptions made so best not to play if has doubts of travel etc.

But still I cant withdrawl my money. I get no real response in the e-mails, chat support doesn't help at all. Did anyone had the same issue? Who should I talk to? There is no official communication channel....

I'm getting really frustrated.... after 6+ years playing at 888 that's what I get...
