Is there any way to remove old freeroll tournament tickets from the My Rewards | Tournament Tickets pane? I've got a Winner Spinner Freeroll ticket that's been showing status "In use" since forever. I'd dearly love to clean it up.

How do we know how many challenges we've completed? I don't see anywhere on the 888Poker site that tells me how close I am to completing the 30 challenges (yes I can see when I'm getting them in real time or on daily basis) but where does it show the total # of challenges I've completed?

I have problems playing 888poker for more than a week, I can't get into the software, nor can I play through the browser.

First the pc was damaged with a windows update and you have to format the pc. Then install the software again. And I can't get in, I thought it was the firewall and I allowed it and nothing doesn't load the Software.

I downloaded it, everything was installed normally, but it never opens. I need help to be able to play again. I don't know what to do anymore.

Help me.

Have you tried disabling your anti-virus program? (I have McAfee and 888 will not load unless I have it disabled... it's the only site I need to do this for)

Why 888poker you ran away from Poland because of our ridiculous old gambling law? Everyone disregards this law because they know that it has no legal force against poker. Some poker rooms such as pokerstars, GGPoker, unibet and others had no problem with this and are available in our country and you are not. Why can they and you can't? What were you afraid of?

A few anti viruses flag this but there are no issues with the software but it's your choice.

I turned off the antivirus and downloaded 888.

Now the software doesn't open and doesn't react at all.

I've poked around a bit and noticed that a digital signature is missing or a certificate is invalid. Is it because of that?

At least I managed to make a deposit with a virtual visa card, after several mails with support. Now let's see if it's possible to withdraw the same way.
I will find out in a few days. If it works I will continue to play at 888, and life is good again. Thanks.

Another suggestion for the site:

The pre-set betting buttons are TOO SMALL and they are too close to the other row of bet buttons. (notice how on Pokerstars there's a decent-sized gap between the two rows). I find it a bit tedious when betting on 888 as you need to be very careful and take your time so that you don't misclick. I just don't understand why they'd make them this small & positioned the way they are.

888 Poker is just bullying their clients.
It all started on July 24, I received a message that I had to provide documents "in addition to the passport, which I sent them a long time ago".
I sent a bank statement, then they ask me to send a driver's license I sent, then they ask me to send a bill with the address I sent.
They didn’t like the bank statement, for this I went to the bank on purpose and took a statement with a seal.
Verification at 888 poker is just circles of hell. I have been playing pokerstars for more than 10 years and have never had problems with it, no site has ever humiliated me with the verification of my account like 888poker does. Verification 888 poker of each document takes 1-2-3 days, then they write send another document, you send it and wait again. this can last for months or even years. Tech support is just awful.
I advise everyone to think carefully before going to register at 888 poker!!!

P.S. If you are really official tech support and can help me my 888 poker name is "Dimonkz7"

I've had this happening for a long time now... window pops up while playing SNAP tables and having them set to 'MAX' (100bb's) and Activate auto rebuy
'o' When my chip stack is lower than my buy-in amount
Then while I'm playing this window will pop up (not all the time, just randomly it seems). It has been happening for months.
